750 square feet and located on the first floor. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools necessary to cook your favorite gourmet meal. You can enjoy a romantic dinner for two, and after roll onto the couch and enjoy Netflix. The bed is a very comfortable mattress where you can rest your eyes and sleep well for tomorrow's adventure. We also provide a comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room. The bath has a full-size bath/shower combo and plenty of storage options. Apartment sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.

Start off each morning with a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig coffee bar while you plan your day.

Getting to the Beach: We are just 1.23 miles to the beach with many options besides a car to get you there within minutes! Door-to-door shuttle service via the FREEBEE App will pick you up and drop you off when you make a request through an Uber-like app. We also love riding bikes to the beach. You will find plenty of bike parking all around downtown and the beach to safely lock up your bike. Walking is another excellent option for those looking for a little exercise. On foot, the walk takes you through our lovely historical neighborhood, followed by our fun downtown filled with shops and restaurants. Approximately 25 minutes later, you will arrive at the beach to flop into the water and feel pleasantly refreshed. Of course, you can also drive, which takes less than 5 minutes.

Cleanliness: We are committed to providing our guests with the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times. Besides our stringent routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.

Very comfortable one bedroom apt. for a couple

Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The building was quiet and the AC system was great, Very close to the Pineapple Grove district. Walking was great and close to stores and restaurants.

Delray Beach Stay

Everything was wonderful with the exception of discarded items from previous guests left under bed and dresser. I attribute this to the cleaners and NOT the host . She was great! Although I didn’t use the Beach Pass, it’s an incredible amenity that the host offers, along with cold waters waiting in the fridge. I wholly recommend this property.

Nice 1 bedroom apt. near Delray Beach downtown activities

Clean, bright 1 bedroom apartment. End unit with lots of natural light. Comfortable living room and bedroom. Good AC. Good WiFi and TV. Beach pass for lounge chairs and umbrella/cabanas a great benefit! Outdoor space not what you would expect - too close to dumpster to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Approx. 30 minute walk to the beach. 8 minute walk to Publix grocery store.

Nice efficiency apt, old building and grounds

The apartment was clean and the pictures in the listing accurate regarding the inside. Neighborhood safe and convenient to downtown Delray. The hosts were responsive and took care of requests promptly. It took us 2 days to get the musty smell out of the apartment so if you're going ask the host to turn A/C on at least a few hours before you get there. There are 8 apts (4 up 4 down) in this 1970's building which is in dire need of an update. The outdoor space mentioned in the listing is right by the garbage dumpster and not what one might envision for a condo complex. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay and will be out most of the time it is adequate. If you're looking for a place with outdoor space to add to your enjoyment stay away.

I settled into West Palm Beach because it has so much to offer. White sand beaches with warm water. Sunny weather year round. Great little shops, boutiques and great theater and music at The Kravis Center. Excellent shopping & dining on Worth Avenue on Palm Beach Island. Just and amazing place to live.

Whenever I travel I always use Air BnB because I want to experience a new place like a local. I want to cook my own food and and be in a comfortable homey environment.

Spacious corner unit in the heart of historic Downtown Delray Beach. Home Office area with 1 Gig WiFi, superfast and equipped for work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans and all the cooking utensils you would need. Complementary coffee tea and, sugar provide. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, fresh clean towels/linens and beach towels. There is an iron/board and plenty of hangers in closet.

The property is only 4 block to shopping and dining on Atlantic Avenue. It is a quick bike ride to the beach.
