Walk to beach, theatre, restaurants, nightlife, parks, tennis centre, etc. Quiet, highly sought after condo development with 9 rental units in a friendly community. Beautiful courtyard with extensive seating area.

Welcome to East Haven unit 6, Approximately 1000 square ft, two bedroom fully equipped condo with high end kitchen with new full appliances, and granite counters. 1 bedroom with King bed and ensuite full bathroom. Guest bedroom with Queen bed and an additional fully upgraded bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout, and full size dining area off kitchen. Pets are welcome with approval. Outdoor seating in front of unit and in courtyard. High speed internet and flat screen tv and Roku in living room and master bedroom
