Perfect getaway house

John’s home provided all the amenities that fulfilled our wish list. The location within a 3 minute drive to the beach or the choice to enjoy the backyard pool/spa on the canal was a debate each day. Whether dining outside at night by the pool or gathered around the spacious kitchen made each meal feel casual and easy.We look forward to enjoying John’s home again next winter.

Perfection. Close to the beach and shops. And on the water.

I can’t say enough about this home. A group of friends from Wisconsin thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time around and in the pool. The backyard is beautiful and on a lagoon off the inter coastal. The house is in a perfect area of Del Ray, very close to the beach and downtown. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood and walking or golf-cart-ing to the grocery store and shops where there is a variety of markets, fast food and restaurants. Extra amenities such as bikes, chairs, and towels were provided. . The house was clean and nicely renovated! It is in in a quiet, cute, and quaint neighborhood. The kitchen, living area, and rooms were decorated well and was spacious for a group of 7! The pool was perfect and there was plenty of seating options around the pool/patio. The best part was the backyard where we spent almost all of our time. The house was clean and modern. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

My husband and I arrived into Delray late at the end of March exhausted due to airline delays from Buffalo NY. Upon our entry into our Delray rental home, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and fresh flowers! It was a such a wonderful welcome. The property owner,John, who we got to meet personally was readily available to answer any questions we had. The property itself which is spacious offers all amenities one would want during a vacation. The pool is the perfect depth and size for people of all ages. Being right on the water was also a plus which provided not only a beautiful view but also successful fishing off the dock. My family members ended up catching decent size bass and catfish. The property is in close proximity to so much!! Grocery stores, and restaurants, along with Atlantic Avenue shopping and art museums just minutes away. Lastly we enjoyed spending time at Atlantic Dunes Park which is a family friendly beach with life guards and public restrooms. Again it is just a few minutes away. Definitely need to book this home! You wont regret it!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at John’s home! The location was fantastic! Very close to the beach! And my boys LOVED being able to fish right off the dock! The home is beautiful and has a great layout! John was very responsive to my questions! I HIGHLY recommend his home!!

The house is very nice. Pool and spa were good. It is 1 mile to to beach, a nice walk over the intercoastal. There are restarants and a Trader Joe's within walking distance. Atlantic Ave and downtown Delray are an 8 minute car ride. Very nice neighberhood.

Simply Amazing

If you are looking to stay in DelRay, Florida, you have found your vacation home. From the moment we inquired, John was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. Entering the home it immediately felt like home with a welcome note and a bottle of wine to greet us. The home was very clean and the location you can not beat. Close to all of the groceries stores, Costco, gas and drug stores. The beach is a short walk away. The pool in the yard ,along with the dock was an extra bonus. The beds were all very comfortable. Our month long vacation home was perfect! Thanks John for opening up your home to us!

Does Not Dissapoint!

My wife and kids chose this property because of its amazing location in Del Ray and all the amenities. We can absolutely say it did not disappoint. From the great chefs' kitchen to relaxing poolside staring at the canal, it was amazing from start to finish. We stayed for over two weeks with my wife and kids. If you’re thinking about booking this property, do it, you won’t be sorry.

We loved our stay at tropic isle. Location is great. Walk to restaurants, Trader Joe’s etc. Neighbors are very kind helpful and the neighborhood is peaceful family friendly. Classic Florida lifestyle on the end of a canal. Thanks John!

Amazing home!

This house is absolutely amazing. We spent thanksgiving week in this incredible home. The kitchen is top of the line and has everything you need to cook an entire feast. We used the pool and hot tub every night. The bathrooms are beautiful and all the beds were very comfortable. We had nightly bike rides around the neighborhood. This home is in a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, and the lovely downtown delray beach. I would highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again.

Open and spacious.

My family had a very relaxing vacation at this home. The owner and property manager were very responsive to all of my questions. The home was very well equipped from towels, bath and beach, beach chairs, kitchen appliances and so on. We could walk to some local restaurants and shopping and the beach was either a short bike or car ride away. We spent a majority of the time in the pool with my 2 year old, who just had a blast. The pool was clean and we heated it for our stay which was very reasonable. Atlantic Ave was less than a 10 min drive. We would def return if we came back to DelRay.
