This well-appointed condo is situated in a unique oceanfront building designed for taking in bay or ocean views in Ocean City, Maryland. Close to tennis courts, restaurants, and shopping, this home includes a dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.Three smart TVs with streaming services are available. Catch up with old friends while enjoying the panoramic view and don't forget to take advantage of the heated outdoor pool.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Can’t beat the view!

The location and view of this condo is amazing. Plenty of space for a family to spread out, eat meals in, go to the beach, the pool, and walk to a variety of great restaurants. We have been coming to the Antigua for 9 years, now, and have no plans to stop!

The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. You need to make sure before you book that dryer has been fixed. It was broke when we was there and owner aware but we was not informed . The primary bathroom sink was also stopped up completely . Do not use Vacasa the rental management company to book , they were the worst customer service and didn’t resolve any of our issues and when we kept calling always gave us the run around and no updates. We had to lay our clothes and beach towels out to dry . The sink stayed stopped up the entire week we were there from 7/26 - 8/2025 .

Beautiful view!

Absolutely breath taking views. The condo was clean, spacious enough for our kids and us not to feel cramped. I really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown OC. The only 2 complaints I had for this stay was they didn't provide us with enough toilet paper. Also, had no cooking spatula. If you plan on cooking meals, there are plenty of pots and pans and even a blender for some margaritas! But not enough cooking utensils. That's ok though, I used that as an excuse to go out to eat more! Haha

Disappointed

Beautiful view - very dirty floors and counters, bathroom sink kept backing up, no pots to cook with, cover on sofa stained. No one responded about sink, had to get pots to cook with somewhere else. Couldn’t get bathtub stopper to work. Did refund the cleaning fee.

Unit is very nice and had everything needed in the kitchen. I would have given 5 stars but the dryer was broken for the whole week. I called the property manager on the 2nd day when we found it was broken, they said they knew it was broken and a repairman was supposed to be out a couple days earlier but didn't make it because of traffic, but they'd put another call in. He never showed the rest of the week either. I asked for a credit at check out, the girl said she put a note in the computer for the property manager to contact me about it. Ive been waiting 5 days now, never heard from them or received a credit. Very unhappy with property management company but would stay at the unit again and recommend it.

Its all about the view!

Our stay at Antigua was really wonderful and there were lots of great things about it! - It was very quiet and far off the main strip that you didn't get the traffic noise and commotion that comes with it. - The access to the beach and ocean is steps away, and the beach wasn't overly crowded. - The panoramic views are really unmatched. It was great to see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. It was nice to be able to have the doors open for the breeze, we barely touched the AC because of it! The balcony is like its own little vacation with those views! - It was a good size condo for us three adults. The bedroom with the view is wonderful, but the second bedroom provides a respite if you want to have some quiet and darkness instead of hearing the ocean and being awoken by the sunrise. So, it was nice to have both types of room! - The process for after-hours check in was super easy and I thought it was a decent value (we came in the off season). There were some not-so-great things though too. - The beds and the pillows. The beds were awful. One was rock hard and the other not much better. I would expect nicer or newer beds at a property like this. I've been in $60 a night motels with better beds. The pillows were cheapest of the cheap and flattened down like pancakes. I would advise bringing your own if you stay here! - My initial impression of the cleanliness was high, but after being there for a few hours I noticed that it could use a deep cleaning. It was not filthy by any means, but the dust build-up and mildew in the shower crevices should be addressed! - The $50 fee for the parking should be included. I felt nickeled and dimed with that surprise. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would stay here again (or another Vacasa property).

Can NOT beat the view!

We have stayed in Antigua 904 for about 5 4th of Julys, now! The view is amazing. The ease of access to the beach is awesome, especially for families with younger children. We saw dolphins almost every morning, while sitting on the balcony with our coffee, waiting for the kiddos to wake up. The kitchen is large enough to prepare most meals, but an update or addition to the cookware & utensils would be nice. I always bring my own crockpot, so dinner is ready when we leave the beach :). This year it was, by far, the cleanest it has ever been upon our arrival. I also appreciate the linen package being wrapped into the price, as traveling with sheets/towels/blankets, really adds to the cargo! The pool was very clean and well maintained, also the best we have ever seen. I do miss the high top table & chairs on the deck (short girl problems!), and not a biggie, but the blinds in the master may need replaced, soonish…. I love seeing the water from the room, but a little more light blocking would really help keep the hot Sun from warming up that room! Oh! And for families, the washer and dryer are great!! Makes it super easy! Ice maker in the freezer is great for water bottles and fun tropical drinks :) Seriously though — can’t beat that view! Highly recommend for families!
