Summary:
Come relax at this ultra cozy and completely updated home on Hayward's premier, crystal clear Round Lake! Lake views, three season porch, walk out basement, outdoor warm shower, foosball and TV with streaming are just some of the amenities in this welcoming and beautifully furnished cottage.

The Space:
Absolute privacy, nestled among towering trees, this is the Northwoods escape your family has been looking for! Lots of yard gives everyone space to run and play; a slope, without steps, makes it easy to get down to the clean water of Round Lake. Enjoy cannon balls off the end of the dock, and zero depth splashing for the little ones.

The Neighborhood:
This home is a short drive from town, minutes to world class mountain bike trails and has a great fishing hole just off the dock. In the fall, a short jaunt down the road brings you to the Hayward Fall Color Tour. In the winter, enjoy access to snowmobile trails right off the back yard, and minutes to the Birkebeiner cross country ski trails. Enjoy an evening under the stars, by the fire, or curl up on the couch with your favorite movie!

Other Things to Note:
We have a propane grill, but you will be required to bring your own propane.

Holiday happiness

We had cozy stay in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The home had the amenities we needed such as an upscale kitchen and there were special touches for the season, including ski signs, holiday gnomes and thoughtful messages. The location is perfect for skiing, biking, and walks. We even had a local resident eagle check in a few times. It was great to visit in the winter and we hope to visit in the summer.

Round Lake Stay

We had a great time at Mark’s property. The property manager responded promptly and answered questions they could. The place is very clean and in a quiet location. This is a great space for families. Also, there is a kayak and stand up paddle board available. We would stay here again. Bring your own coffee or tea.

Great time.

Beautiful location. Lovely home. Only problem was the thermostat. Please know we enjoyed our stay very much and would definetly return but Had a very difficult time staying warm inside. Mark tried to help and suggested turning the fireplace on downstairs but the remote batteries were dead and there were none to replace. It was too cold (61 degrees) downstairs to sit and enjoy tv. The view is amazing and the home is stocked with everything you need (sans heat :)) Hope to return again. Oh yes one more thing...kind of feel like you're being monitored with the cameras in back and front of the house. I'm just say'in. Would like to have known that before our stay.

Fantastic Fall stay on Round Lake

We came for a visit to spend time with family and to see the colors on the leaves change. This was a wonderful private spot on the lake. The home was very modern and clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds and linens were the best I’ve seen in a hotel or rental home. The outdoor areas were very nice for spending time looking at the views and enjoying an evening fire. We would definitely stay here again!

Dads Fishing Trip

The property was great! 5 dads went on a fishing trip and stayed here. Plenty of space, beds were comfortable, location was perfect and being on the lake was awesome. The driveway was big enough to turn around with a truck and boat trailer. Close to town, boat ramp and a great neighborhood bar. Will be staying here again soon

Beautiful stay on Round Lake!

We had a wonderful 4 days at this Vrbo. The house is clean and updated, beautiful views of the lake, great entertaining spots inside and outside. The house had everything we needed. Our 4 kids loved the bunk room! The property manager was great at communicating, very prompt with responses. Overall an amazing getaway; and we can’t wait to go back again !

This cabin ticks every box!

We spent a wonderful 5 days enjoying this gorgeous property. This place has been beautifully designed and every detail carefully thought out to deliver nothing but family fun. The interior is cozy and well organized, from the screened in porch, gas fireplace and foosball table in the basement to the collection of kid friendly board games- every base is covered. The owners have included every detail outside as well, from string lights around the grill and fire pit to a two person kayak and paddle board and a solar lit dock for enjoying the stars at night. Communication with Mark the property manager was excellent as well and check in/out couldn’t have been easier. Would love to return, highly recommended!

Nordic Ski get away

Home was spotless and well organized. Hosts thought of everything with plug ins, speakers and games. Hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. We had a spill and they worked with us to resolve the issue in a way that was fair for everyone. Great get away.
