Swartzentruber Homestead. Cozy cabin on our 5th generation family farm!

Our cabin is located in the midst of our certified organic, working farm. We raise Black Angus beef and certified organic broilers. The cabin was hand built by our family and we look forward to sharing it with our guests. We're located in the country but only 15 miles from Delaware Turf and 30 miles from the Delaware beaches.

This cabin is on a farm and very, very cozy! Me and my friends were not disturbed and we greatly appreciated how clean this place was. The view from the loft is amazing! I would stay here again.

Great cabin on a cattle farm. We love the spot and come back every year. The owners are polite and the place is clean and quiet. What more could you ask for?

Very cool property.

A great place to stay for a DE turf event which is about 25 mins away. Very cool to stay on a very nice working family farm. The guest house is a very cool converted barn with a ton of character.

Great place and close to De Turf

Clean and quiet place near De Turf complex. It’s on a farm and very nice surroundings. Would highly recommend it for a family that is playing at De Turf as it was an easy 20 minute drive. The owners were very nice and check in and out was simple.

Short Getaway!

We visited Greenwood to attend a company Christmas Party and the accommodations were perfect for us. The cabin is spacious and the interior woodwork is especially beautiful! Great spot for DE Turf

Was looking for spot while son was at DE Turf for weekend lacrosse tournament . This quaint spot was perfect for our stay. 25min to DETurf , 15min to restaurants , and the quiet comfort was great! Hopefully available in Oct !!!

What a view!

My husband and I chaperoned our Daughter for a sporting event. We needed a place for the weekend. It was our first time in Delaware and the property was reasonable, clean, great recommendations for dinner and a fantastic view. very peaceful.

Peaceful Getaway

We stayed here for a family wedding that was about 15 mins away. This was perfect place to get some rest in between the activities of the day. My favorite part was watching the sunrise from the bed in the loft!

A beautiful peaceful getaway

I went to a wedding nearby in Seaford DE. This property was exactly as advertised. The host was very accommodating with everything I requested! The home was spotlessly clean, and was equipped with everything you would need. The setting on this pristine farm was very relaxing and absolutely perfect to share with a lifelong friend. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable beds, and hot shower are all a plus. I would stay again!
