Welcome to home to this beautifully renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bath house located in North Colorado Springs. Walking through the front door you will be greeted by an open concept living, dining and kitchen. Relax on the large sectional sofa in front of one of two 70 in tvs or head straight out back to the spacious backyard; complete with a fire pit to enjoy on those chilly Colorado evenings. This home is perfect for large groups! Eat at one of two farmhouse style dining room tables, the eat in kitchen island, or one of the two outdoor picnic tables located under the backyard awning, complete with outdoor string lights to create the ambiance you're looking for on your vacation. Spread out in one of the two huge living rooms or game room! The kids can play downstairs with one of the many games provided, including shuffle board, ping pong, or a mix of various board games. Play a game of horse shoes outside while you take in the gorgeous Colorado sky. In case the two 70 in. TV's aren't enough, every bedroom has it's own tv! Several sleeping arrangements means everyone can rest comfortably. There are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms! A bunk room for the kids includes four full size beds! A second bunk room has a full over full bunk with a twin bed. There are two additional king size bedrooms complete with their own tvs. This home has it all for the group who wants entertainment, space, and a gorgeous farmhouse style interior to make lasting memories in.

This house is marvelous! Located in a quiet neighborhood, beds are super comfy and the layout is great. We stayed mainly on the top level but the basement is loaded with games. It’s a safe area.

Great for family gatherings!

Plenty of room for everyone. And plenty of bathrooms. Great layout for family meal times and fun in the game room. Loved the fire pit too. It was nice that it was pet friendly also with a fenced in yard.

Large comfy stay

Perfect size for our large group, even with a few extras coming to hang out and eat dinner. Kids were entertained and having laundry available was great! Also: water was always hot, sometimes too hot so those with little be aware. Would definitely stay again!

Great find!

We had a group of 12 for a long weekend - the space was great for us! Comfortable beds, clean! The kitchen and dining room table set up was nice! We didn’t enjoy the outside space as much as we would have liked but it was nice and roomy! Location was easy access to everywhere we enjoy going when we visit! Overall great find!

Christmas in Colorado

The property was excellent! We arrived during an arctic blast but everything was better than expected. The kitchen sink did not have water because the pipes froze but they sent a plumber on Christmas eve and problem solved! I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful!

Perfect home for our 4 families! The space was laid out just right to place our 4 families with a total of 8 kids ranging from 5-16 in their own space with some extra options for sleeping if they wanted. The 4 bathrooms were just what we needed. Parking and garage space was great. The home itself had everything we needed to get us started which was just as advertised. The kitchen and dining spaces allowed us to fully prepare, cook and sit down for meals as a whole. Would definitely book here again!

Lovely property

The property itself was quite large and comfortable for our group of 9. We were constantly looking for more pot, pans and serving bowls. Without those cooking was difficult. I was also not happy that upon arrival of our first family member the owner wouldn’t let him in because I hadn’t completed a form. I never saw that form before we left home. There was lots of time to let me know before our trip that it was needed. As it is was I had to pull off the side of the road to complete a form I could barely see on my phone. The rest of the time things went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, spacious home

This home was a great place to stay. It was clean and well kept in a nice neighborhood. The only thing to be mindful of is that the kitchen is really lacking in a lot of supplies. There aren’t any bowls to serve food in and just a few options of pots and pans to cook in. If you plan to cook your food, keep this in mind, as you probably should be ready to bring supplies from home.

Comfortable and clean

Overall the property is in good condition and very comfortable. The space is perfect for multiple couples. The air conditioning is very comfortable. Our only recommendation for improvement is to upgrade some of the cookware which is old and scratched for cooking for a large group. Thank you for offering the property!

Host is very responsive. It takes a bit of a drive to go to any site-seeing place. But there is lots to do within the house itself. And lots of restaurants and shopping around. So overall, we had a great stay.

Perfect Location

The property was very nice. There was plenty of space for our whole family (6 adults / 7 kids. It is very clean, and has laundry on site. The game room was great for the kids. The outside space was great as well. There was plenty of seating, and a firepit for cold nights. It was in the perfect location for sight seeing, and for local shopping.
