Enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting of this Golf Course Villa that is just minutes away from the beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach!  The unit is completely updated with all new appliances including washer and dryer in unit.  It features two bedrooms with a king size bed in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom, plus a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The high ceilings in the living and dining room add to the spacious feel to these beautiful areas with a breathtaking view of Seascape Resort.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments on the large balcony that overlooks the golf course. Just a 5 minute walk across Lake Stewart and you will find yourself at the beach - with your toes in the sand. There is onsite Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Dining, Swimming Pools, Water Sports, Arcade, Bike Rentals and the largest, pristine and privately – owned beach in the Destin/Miramar Beach, Florida area. When you book your vacation rental with 3D Beach Rentals directly, you have the option to add beach a Pak N Play. Seascape Resort is located between Destin and 30A, within close proximity to world-class shopping, dining and family entertainment.

Me, my husband, my daughter and her friend spent Springbreak week in Seascape Villa - 2C. The condo was exactly as listed. The 4 of us had plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The condo was clean and well appointed. The only thing that I wish there had been more of were washcloths. Other than that, everything was great! There is quite a walk to the beach but there is parking that can be used that is right across from the beach. I imagine in the summer it fills up very quickly though. Renting a golf cart would be ideal.

Newly remodeled BUT....

Unable to adjust air conditioning temperature lower than 72 upon arrival. Next to no water pressure in bathroom sinks? Bed's sunken and very uncomfortable,mattress coverings plastic? Also uncomfortable Noise of other adjoining properties not always the quietest place. Location is great community is great. property managers very supportive and attentive.

We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your kind words about our support. When notified about your issues, we addressed them immediately, and heard back from you that everything was fine. The temperature was a setting issue that was easily and quickly corrected. The water pressure was never brought to our attention, but we have inspected it and it’s working as designed. The mattresses weren’t brought to our attention either, but we acknowledge that the comfort of a mattress is very subjective. To that end, prior to reading your review, no other guests have mentioned a mattress related issue. The mattresses were recently replaced. We contacted the HOA about the noise from the sprinklers as that is a scheduled occurrence and they have noted the need to run them at an alternate time. We would gladly welcome you back to any of our properties and do thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
