A great ocean view. Coastline Condos communicated so effectively throughout the whole process and stay! Even during the hurricane coming in, they continued to update me 3 times daily.

This condo is perfect for a relaxing vacation! It is pet friendly, has a beautiful gulf view, spacious balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. It is located close to the elevator and easy access steps. We love staying here and have many times. The beach is gorgeous and the condo comes with twochairs and an umbrella - perfect for lounging and enjoying the Emerald Coast!

Room was clean, bed was very comfy and very good pillows. Toaster should be replaced. No spices, salt/pepper, etc in kitchen, so bring your own accordingly. The view is splendid, easy walk to beach area, pool was awesome and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was very nice perk. Plenty of free parking, elevators, carts to haul your stuff to your room. Friendly interaction with the Coastline reps, they keep you informed before arrival and during our stay. We had our small dog and plenty of green space to walk and get business done. Our room was on 2nd floor and could hear a little bit of noise from above, but not excessive, more like furniture moving or heavy sliding door to balcony.

I chose the community because it allows pets. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the community but the 1st time I had an ocean view. The exterior of the community is very well maintained considering there are very many dogs, The maintenance team works hard. Coastline is a very responsive management company and I recommend using them. The unit is comfortable and well stocked. The infrastructure is not great in the building. I heard every footstep and sound that came from the upstairs unit. That is to be expected when people are on vacation and having fun I guess but it was loud.

First the communication was professional and attentive to my needs; the location of the property was easy to access; parking was easy and many spaces available; the grounds were well kept, manicured & lots of dog owners with pups who were VERY responsible with their dogs was very impressed. Never saw, smelled or stepped in poop and all were on leashes. Very impressed with those dog guests and dog owners!! Keep up the good work! The pool was clean and pool deck maintained. Never saw trash. The property provide carts to unload your car and transport stuff using elevators. The property is also gated so you do have a sense of added security. The keyless entry was phenomenal! Didn’t have to worry about losing or misplacing keys. The condo was spotless, well equipped with needed gadgets from coffee maker to tv and had a perfect view. The view was beautiful. The instructions were well written and posted where you could easily find them. AND the complimentary beach chairs with umbrella was NICE. I would stay again in this condo. Thank you!!

Love this place

We stayed there on 4th of july weekend. The check in was easy. The condo was perfect. Amazing view of the beach. Loved the pool. The place looked even better then the photos. Would definitely recommend to stay. I do not have one complaint.

What a view!!!!

Nice property. View is beautiful ! Clean and comfortable. Would stay again in warmer weather. Property management was very attentive with a sliding door issue.

2nd time around

We stayed in the same condo 2 years in a row now and it did not disappoint. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee/view. The location is perfect distance from the beach and front pool. This condo is very spacious and you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another and is easily accessible.
