The location is the best in the The Resort! The conference center and fitness center are a few yards away. Access to the tropical swimming pool and hot tub are just steps away and the Baytowne Wharf is a short walk down the cobblestone pathway. Hop on the complimentary tram and take a short ride to the beach or spend an evening at the Baytowne Wharf enjoying dinner and entertainment.

Our freshly furnished family room offers comfy seating, a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and access through sliding glass doors to a walk-out covered patio. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of dining and bar seating and all the cookware necessary to prepare a delicious meal for the family. Additionally, the dining area offers seating for up to 6 people. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, fresh linens, and generous closet space. There is a spacious master bathroom featuring a double vanity, and a large shower and tub combination. Our second bedroom is an attached studio furnished with two double beds, and a separate patio accessible through sliding glass doors. As a bonus, it also features a kitchenette newly designed with granite countertops, a microwave oven, mini fridge, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. Garage parking, tram service and wifi are complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight with world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-jumping trampoline, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.

The sandy white beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the resort and adults can enjoy golf on several resort golf courses.

You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
