PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM STAY IS 5 NIGHTS starting on July 11, 2026 until September 7, 2026. PLEASE INQUIRE IF YOU NEED LESS THAN 5 NIGHTS.

• Access to Sea Colony’s pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness centers, tram system, and private beach is available through optional guest amenity passes purchased separately through Sea Colony

• Amenity passes are required for all guests age 4 and older using Sea Colony recreational facilities

• Sea Colony regulations do not permit renter pets

• No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home or on the screened porch/balcony

• Quiet hours are observed community-wide from 11 PM to 8 AM

• Parking permits are required for all vehicles on Sea Colony property

• Sea Colony requires renters to complete a liability waiver prior to using community amenities. The waiver is available at check-in, through Sea Colony, or online at Sea Colony Waiver Form
