New Listing! Welcome to Bay Forest Marina at Bethany Beach where amenities are endless! Beautiful 3,500 sq. ft. home w/ 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large upstairs loft, and dual covered porches. This home is luxuriously appointed with everything you'll need for the perfect vacation without having to bring everything with you. We're located just a couple minute walk to the marina where you can kayak, paddle board, go crabbing/fishing or just sit and watch the sunset over the bay. You can also pick-up our community beach shuttle, which is conveniently located on our street, and drops you off at Bethany Beach from Memorial Day through Labor Day (Friday thru Mondays). If you don't feel like heading to the beach, relax in one of the 3 pools, including a zero entry pool, and one with a lazy river and slides perfect for the kids.

Enjoy the Delaware Beaches all year round! Longer term rentals also available September through May at a discounted rate.

The first floor includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large island with seating, and a dining table that seats 8. If you'd rather eat outside, enjoy dining and barbecuing on the covered patio with table seating and outdoor lounge furniture. The downstairs family room is open to the kitchen and features a large screen TV. There's also a downstairs powder room, and a laundry room with full size washer, dryer and laundry tub. The first floor owner's suite has a king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and it's own bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. There's a 2-car garage loaded with all your beach and outdoor needs, as well as a 2-car driveway and ample extra parking directly across the street.

The second floor features a large loft with a big screen TV and games perfect for the kids or can serve as a second family room. Off the loft is a large covered deck with additional lounge chairs, couch and chair to relax and have your morning coffee. Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king sized bed, walk-in closet and it's own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both have a queen sized bed and the fifth bedroom features bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The third full bathroom has double vanities and a bath tub/shower combination.

For your use, we have 4 beach cruiser bikes and bike helmets of all sizes, 3 kayaks (1 double and 2 single kayaks, stored on the kayak racks at the marina), 2 paddleboards, 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, tennis rackets/balls, and more!

The Bay Forest community is resort living at its best! The first clubhouse/complex features multiple pools, including a lazy river, water slides, a lap pool and pool volleyball and basketball. Inside the clubhouse is an arcade/game room. The second clubhouse has a zero entry pool, fountains and another lap pool. All have plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for your use. Inside the second clubhouse is a fitness center and aerobics studio. Adjacent to this clubhouse, is an air-conditioned recreation building with basketball courts and indoor pickleball courts for rainy days.

The community also has plenty of outdoor tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. There is a volleyball area, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, putting green and a playground. And don't forget the miles of walking and biking trails. You will never run out of things to do!

You are close to numerous beach towns. Bethany Beach is just a ten minute drive, and you are also close to Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, and Ocean City MD so the dining, nightlife and activities are endless.

**The rates quoted are for full week rentals. Discounts available for longer term rentals. Bay Forest requires a $150 admin fee per rental and an additional $50 per person fee for passes to use the pools, fitness center, indoor amenities for anyone 4 yrs and older. Note #1: the pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (Sanderling Pool stays open thru Sept. 15th). The Bay Forest Clubhouse pools are open on weekends only early in the season during the first 2 weeks of June. 7/days a week thereafter. Note #2: The community Beach Shuttle runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. As of the 2024 season, the Beach Shuttle ran on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays.

Sheets and towels are NOT provided. A linen rental service is available and will deliver to the home should you choose to not bring your own. Comforters, pillows, mattress covers are provided in the home. There will be complimentary paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. upon arrival, but the guest will be responsible for providing additionals after that.

Cleaning: The home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. **However, the rental guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from the property, clean food spills from the refrigerator, counters and over top and leave the property free of clutter. Trash collection is on Monday mornings. **Please do not leave trash in the garage trash cans upon your departure.**

*Absolutely NO pets and NO smoking allowed. No parties. No loud music.

Maximum Overnight Occupancy:
The maximum overnight occupancy for this home is 10 people.

Lease Agreement:
Please be advised that by completing a reservation through VRBO, you are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions in the Lease, which must be signed at the time of booking or within 7 days of booking. The owner will email you a short term rental agreement that must be signed and sent back by the renter within 7 days or the owner will have the right to cancel the reservation.
