HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

Check-in after 4 PM / checkout before 11 AM (early check-in or late checkout cannot be confirmed until the day before and is not guaranteed). No smoking or vaping indoors or within 15 feet of windows and doors. No events or parties. Quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM — you're welcome to be outside enjoying the property, just keep noise considerate of full-time neighbors. Maximum occupancy 12. A rental agreement and photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking; minimum age of primary renter is 25.
