Recently Updated Condo 1/2 A Mile From The Beach + Free Attraction Tickets!

This gorgeous 3bd/2ba condo has been completely updated. The entire condo was freshly painted and all new furnishings were added in the Fall of 2021, along with new windows, a new AC unit and HW heater in the Summer of 2022. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This 3rd floor unit (sorry no elevator) is a short 10-minute walk to the beach (approx. 1/2 mile) and features a large screened-in porch overlooking Dunes Lake at Dunes Golf & Beach Club. This beautifully updated unit has vinyl plank flooring throughout the main level, an updated kitchen, 4 flat screen smart TV's, free Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer & dryer.

Located in the popular Shore Drive section of the Grand Strand, Dunes Pointe provides you with a great place to experience a Myrtle Beach vacation. It is surrounded by a salt water marsh & fresh water lakes and is a short 10-minute walk to the beach (approx. 1/2 mile). Onsite amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ and eating area, as well as free parking.

No air conditioning but perfect otherwise

The property was very clean and looked just like the photos shown on the site. The only complaint was that the a/c unit was broken when we arrived and we didn’t have air conditioning until our last day there. However, the reality company was very nice and brought us portable air conditioning units to help us out. Even with the portable units it remained 85 degrees our entire stay until they last day and the upstairs room was 90-95 degrees until the last day. I would definitely stay there again with working a/c.

Nice place but beware !!

This is a really nice renovated condo , very clean very nice . However if your bringing kids just be careful . The first day we are moving our luggage in and the downstairs neighbors tell us we are very loud. Rugs would help in the hall to stop this noise . We went and spent 100 dollars on rugs . If you rent a golf cart make sure you park it across the street on the abandoned road . Do not drive it in complex or they will go crazy . !! There are many many karens in this complex!!! Overall a nice place and the facilities were old but well kept . One note the mattresses are vey firm and hard if you cant sleep on a hard mattress this place is not for you . Had to buy a foam topper and it was still hard !!!

Pleasant Stay

Nice property, clean and well appointed. The check in/out process was quick and easy. The lock on the door was kindy goofy, but no big deal once we figured it out, and there was only one dumpster location for trash disposal. A long walk or throw it in the car and drive. Small inconvenience. The washing machine was broken, it didn't drain or spin. We called the office for maintenance third day, no pne came, we called again the next day, no maintenance, but they were kind enough to bring us more towels, per our request. Bottom line, maintenance never showed up. Thus, 4 stars, not 5.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a very enjoyable time staying at Dunes Pointe C15 with one exception. Our first night there, the neighbor below us came up and said we were walking to loud on the floor. Good heavens! Simply put, they are not good for your business. The nerve of them. We were not running or stomping on the floors. I imagine they probably give this welcome to everyone to let them know who was boss in that condo section. No more stays there for us.

Beautiful week

This is the second time we have stayed at Dunes Point, it was a beautiful week with no issues. Only thing I would suggest is a vacuum that works a little better 😅

Peaceful and Inviting!

The title "After Dune Delight" did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. We arrived in the evening and drove about 15 minutes north to obtain the paperwork, parking pass and pool key from rental manager. The unit is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) which was not a problem for us but worth noting. The screened in porch was used frequently to watch a few alligators swim by in the pond a safe distance away. The unit was beautifully decorated and stocked with necessary bath & kitchen towels and bed linens. Great assortment of bed pillows. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes, pots & pans, but no spices, oils or non-stick spray for cooking. Showers were great and third bedroom upstairs was a huge plus! The pool was fabulous, and the ocean was less than a few blocks away. Awesome area near many great stores and attractions, but far enough for peace and relaxation. Thank you!!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and outdoor pool was very nice however there is 3 outside flight of stairs and no elevator. Not very handicap accessible.
