Notes:

*Pool heated to a temperature of 85 degrees. During non-summer months, with cooler outdoor temperatures, the heater may not reach desired temperature and pool water may feel cool.*
-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-Guests will be charged $59 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $3,000 to provide for a worry free stay.
