Ruth was amazing. Great communication, accommodating, and friendly. The property was as described, kitchen adequately stocked, master bed was comfy, and location and walk to the beach was easy and not far. Would recommend and would book this property again!

Perfect accommodations with beautiful ocean view!

Accommodations were great! Perfect for my husband and myself. Ocean view was beautiful from the large balcony. Mrs. Carter was so kind and helpful with all my questions. Would definitely go back and highly recommend Emerald Overlook!

Easy, convenient cndo

Super clean, well stocked for those who are eating in, fabulous deck w lots of seating, very very close to the (not busy) back pool, lots of parking, modern lighting/appliances, ice maker works great! The beach street gets a bit loud w motorcycles/slingshots on Saturday afternoon into the evening but the bedroom is away from the street and we were not bothered. Great place!

Great long weekend getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean property for wife and our little furry friend. Enjoyed the sand and shopping around the area. Made a little day trip to Seaside. We wished for more sun and an open tiki bar onsite :) it must have been closed for the season.

Perfect getaway location.

We needed a little spot to getaway!! Perfect spot. Very close to everything needed. Pool was right there, beach was just some steps from our door. Everything was effortless!! Let’s talk about the actual condo
.CLEAN and AIRY!! I loved the decor, the bathrooms and the bedroom. LOVE!! The cutest touch were the two bunk beds and we were also able to bring our pets for a small fee and they had a blast as well. The patio

Beautiful and peaceful

Awesome

We are seniors and this condo was convenient to everything. Pool was steps away as well as the elevator to the parking garage and lobby. The view from the large deck gives a beautiful overlook of the ocean. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Overall it is the best condo we have rented and if we make it back to Panama City we will definitely try to stay there again.

Nice condo

Overall the condo was great beautiful decor. Comfortable king bed. Only a few minor things the balcony was not clean lots of sand from prior renters, the water coming out bathroom and kitchen faucets warm not hot, shower was fine. Nice big balcony with good view of beach/water. The adirondak chairs were my fav spot to sit esp later in the day when balcony shaded. The other outdoor furniture needs updating. Host was excellent and quick to respond. The condo main office had sporadic coverage at the desk so getting parking pass and pool bracelets may be challenging. Overall very good condo and nothing that would prevent me from renting again.

Birthday Surprise!

This was my husband’s 60th birthday present. He had NO idea where we were going. I got him in the car on a false pretense we were going to see family in Alabama. When we pulled into the property parking he was shocked. We spent our time between the beach and pool. It was beautiful, beyond clean- there was never a time I was out of the room I didn’t see someone cleaning. The grounds were perfect for walking our dog. The dog park was a great idea. The condo we stayed in was superb- kuddos Ruth. There was a blonde woman in the general store who doted on our dog - Bernie Sanders. She even brought treats for him. The property is quiet. Everything was convenient and easy to get to. My husband said it was his best birthday ever!

Best short vaca ever!!!!

From the very jump, Ruth Carter has been nothing but accommodating and friendly! I can’t wait to come back next April and make this an annual event! I have already told my friends and family about this condo and the area, which is super for the expert beach and pool fan! Condo is modern and fully equipped! 2 thumbs way up! 5 stars!!!!

Beautiful and quiet condo

Emerald Overlook far exceeded our expectations! Ruth was so very accommodating and personal. We were celebrating our honeymoon, so Ruth gifted us with red wine and bottled water, petals and candles on the bed, and candles on the kitchen counter around the wine and water, plus a “Congratulations” banner. Such a personal and loving touch to our stay. The condo has an amazing view of the beach and ocean on the patio where we spent a lot of time. The condo is simply lovely and so comfortable. We will definitely be back for a relaxing and restful stay!

Perfect Stay

Emerald Overlook completely exceeded my expectations. The condo was very clean and functional for a week long stay. Getting to the beach using the sky bridge was very easy and only took a couple of minutes to reach the beautiful beach. The location of the condo was great, just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome Snowbird stay for 2nd year in a row!

We are recently home from what seems like our “home away from home”. Can’t say enough great things about Emerald Overlook
clean, comfortable, awesome balcony and views, fully stocked kitchen, same floor as gym and heated pool. And best of all it’s pet friendly so I (Indy) can come too! The pool deck is a great place to catch famous PCB sunsets. The Grand Panama Resort staff keeps everything clean and is in a great location for shopping, restaurants, activities and groceries. Ruth is a great host and I’m excited that we are booked with her for next year.

Great weeklong stay!

Very happy with everything that my contact Ruth Carter had done during the entire booking process. Professional in every step including my stupid questions. Would highly recommend using her!
