Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious yard you're still walking distance to the Nubble Lighthouse, take a private path to Dunne' Ice Cream or a nice stroll to Fox's family restaurant!! Enjoy the easy walk to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches. The house has the perfect amount of space to comfortably sleep 8 people as well as a wonderful yard perfect for games, entertaining or sipping your favorite drink while enjoying your vacation. First floor offers 3 bedrooms (two queens and two singles) and full bathroom. There is also an additional sitting room with TV and washer and drier. Second floor offers main living area with a living room with wonderful views of the Nubble Lighthouse, eat in kitchen and fully stocked kitchen. The fourth bedroom (queen) and a half bath. There is a lovely deck located just off the dining area allowing additional space for outdoor entertaining! This is your perfect home away from home rental house. Short Sands beach offers family fun and entertainment with an array of restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit the York's Wild Kingdom! Long Sands beach offers a longer beach coast but still has a few restaurants. York Beach Maine is in a prime location as you are one hour from Boston MA, the White Mountains and 45 minutes from Portland Maine. You'll be planning your next trip back to Maine before your vacation even ends. We welcome the opportunity to host your vacation stay in York Maine striving to provide a 5 star experience for you and your guests!

We had a great stay. Property is clean and well kept. Check in was easy, we had communication with the representatives during our whole stay. Kitchen was just large enough for us and has a K-cup coffee maker. The rear deck with the gas grill was Key for us.

Family friendly fun

An enjoyable and comfortable stay in a pretty house in a lovely location. We were impressed with the speedy action of the repair person after the lightning strike but it was hard to make contact with the agent to set this in motion. It would have been good to have a functioning can opener.

Great vacation home

We had everything we needed! The house was very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the deck and living area, while we waited out the rain. Just a hop over to Dunn’s for ice cream and great views from Nubble!! WiFi was dependable. Next time we’ll bring Kcups for coffee or a full coffee maker

The location is very convenient. Perfect for a small family. Families with small children should bring a gate for the stairs.

This is a wonderful house that had everything our family needed for a wonderful beach week. The nice big kitchen, living room, and deck were perfect for the 7 of us, as we all enjoy eating and playing games together. Check-in and check-out were simple.

Great spot!

The house was great. Lovely quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for cooking. Great deck and living spaces. Nice walking distance to the lighthouse, fox’s restaurant, and the dunes ice cream. The only two downfalls is it’s not a super easy walk to the beach especially with kids. There were also no beach toys or items. I thought about buying some to leave there for the next family but we didn’t end up even going to the beach. The other downfall is that the beds are not super comfortable. But overall a good place to stay!
