Disappointing

Don't let the pictures fool you. You can't use the fire pit. Everything is overgrown. Parking is not accommodating for a large party.

Honest Runners of North Miami Travel to the 32nd Annual BAYTAF Classic.

I travel with a group of coaches and athletes of 30. John and Jill‘s property was nicely decorated, had more than enough space, and had a great outside area for our athletes to let their hair down after competing every day. Our stay was a 10/10, no complaints from the athletes or coaches. I highly recommend this property for large groups. We utilized two of the 5 kitchens while cooking a big Sunday dinner for our team. House was perfect for large group. Would 100% rent again. Couldn’t be happier to have our own rooms. Courtyard was the icing on top!

The place looked clean when we arrived but as we started to look closer the sheets looked liked they weren’t washed, there were mascara and lipstick stains on one of the pillows, other pillows looked dirty,there were hairs on the beds,stains on one of the beds some mattresses were in bad shape and were uncomfortable to sleep in, some of the rooms ceiling lights didn’t work, we tried to communicate these things to the owners and they weren’t too bothered by it unfortunately, on the plus side it was able to take in the 30 people and the patio was nice.

This day was amazing. The host was responsive and accommodating. We had a lot of space with a huge patio with a barbecue grill, patio furniture and more.. the neighborhood was quite safe secluded 10 minutes away from the buccaneer stadium. We had a group of 30 people and everyone had somewhere to sleep comfortably Wi-Fi and every studio.

Pretty nice place, not the greatest neighborhood, but could be worse

The place was just as described. No issues with the property. Only thing was that the fire pit not only had an awning set up over it, which in the pitch black was easy to over look, but also above the fire pit are palm trees that are VERY dry and if you're not careful they can be set ablaze. The only two issues with the property I could find was that the refrigerator door in unit A would not stay closed and the timer that the outside lights were plugged into was causing a breaker to trip. Very minor things that didn't impact the stay at all. I would come back in a heart beat. I found the neighborhood to be a little sketchy, especially with folks walking down the sidewalk in front of the property all through out the night as well as frequent "drops" at a house across the street. They didn't both us, but something to watch out for. A great stay, hosts were easily contactable, the property was in good shape, and the courtyard was very enjoyable! The property was very clean, all linens were fresh and clean, and everything was in good shape!

Great Property for Bachelor Party

I had 24 people stay at this property. This was the perfect accommodations. The hosts were very helpful with checking in early - process was smooth. Location was ideal for everything we had planned in Tampa. Highly recommend for larger groups.

Close to Everything

We had a family Christmas gathering of 19 people - we each had our own little apartment, but were right together for meals and chatting in the courtyard. Easy access to grocery stores, stadium, highway... awesome!
