This was a great house for our group of 13. There is plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was well equipped, and Sid was responsive from booking to checkout.

Celebrated my daughter’s wedding in Tampa November 1st. Family and friends stayed at this beautiful home and everyone was so in awe of it. From all the bedrooms and bathrooms to the pool and hot tub. The garage with all its amenities, ping pong and giant jenga, was all so fun. We made wonderful memories there and hope to stay again in the near future. Thanks Syd!

Hot tub temp. was perfect. Originally, Sid talked about 98 degrees which is way to cool to be a "hot tub". Temp was set at 103, perfect!! Need to find a way to heat pool. Shame we were there the entire time and couldn't use it. Most places we go offer heated pool with extra for energy to heat it. A few things need to be fixed. Some ceiling fans don't work. No kitchen stopper for sink. Handrails on stairs dangerously loose. Need TV in Lanai area would be nice.

Fantastic House for Large Group of Adults

This house was a phenomenal place for our golf trip. Having your own bedroom was a must for our group and this layout offered that and more with the number of bathrooms.The pool and patio were great places to lounge after our rounds.The property manager was extremely responsive to some of the issues we had identified and promptly fixed them. Would stay at this property again.

I cannot say enough positive words about the owner, Sid he was so accommodating from the time we made our first payment to the time of departure he was fantastic. The property was great, the pool was more than great and outdoor space was beautiful

Family Time

Great location for a family gathering for a wedding at a local venue. Beautiful property with plenty of space for our family. Very convenient to necessities, very close to an active train track but didn't seem to bother us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property itself is great! It is right across the street from a railroad track but there were truly only a couple times we actually heard a train. But overall a very good stay!!

Perfect Lake House

This house was great. The owner Sid was a complete gentleman and communicated with us the entire time. Checking in and out was a breeze and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the entire weekend. Highly recommend for your next large family/group gathering.

50th Birthday

Perfect place for big group where everyone gets their own room. Pool, pool table, and plenty of games In the garage (cornhole, jenga and ping pong). Didn’t have to leave but if you want to, close to Hard Rock and Golf and shopping.

Everything went as planned. House was clean and spacious. All the rooms were nice; only 1 was a little tight. (Ice maker didn’t work; but owner provided us bags of ice.) Location was quite and great for a large group.

The Sweetest Escape

My team and I were down in Tampa for a flag football tournament so we needed a big house to accommodate all of us. The place is beyond spacious, giving everyone a place to hang out without feeling overcrowded and use the bathroom without having to wait. The gated pool is still outdoor so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool during our stay. Plenty of space and things to do if you’re looking to book for a big gathering.
