Quiet and safe

Sweet little house and safe neighborhood. Very convenient for our stay for dog show. Neighborhood is very quiet. Love there are TVs in all bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Baseball Regionals

We were in town for the regional baseball tournament hosted by the city of Kingsport. It was a very nice and economical place to stay. We were within 10 minutes of baseball field, downtown Kingsport, restaurants and grocery stores. Great find!

Beautiful older home

I grew up in Kingsport and knew of these beautiful older homes. Our family was in town for a few days, and we took advantage of booking this house. Love the original hardwood floors and the house was very clean and very comfortable!

Nice small house

We were in town for a wedding, my two teenaged sons, my wife and my mother in law shared this house for the weekend. It was perfect, nice kitchen for some simple meals, decent bedrooms with comfortable beds. My boys appreciated their own twin size beds instead of sharing a double.

The location was perfect. I was minutes away from all the events I attended. The place was clean and had all the comforts of home. My only concern was with the porch light. It flickered most of the time. Not sure if there was something wrong with the light. Overall, I would consider staying there again.

Cute house in Kingsport

We loved this cute home in TN while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The beds are very comfortable which is very important to us. It is located close to our family in Fall Branch. The host was very quick to reply to any messages I sent. I would recommend this place to others.

Clean and Convenient and Pet Friendly

Visiting friends who are close by. Fortunate to find small house within one mile. Clean. Convenient. Quick replies from host. No issues. Would rent again.

The process was very easy and the home was in a perfect location for our work. The only issues we had was some challenges with the door code. The outside trash can was completely full when we arrived and there were maggots in the bottom (a new trash can would remedy that). The trash was all around the trash can and driveway due to neighbor cats and other rodents. It could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom and main bedroom and I only say that because of the 11 day cost of rentin and the cleaning fee. Other than those issues we had no other issues.

Great stay-a few tweaks needed

We were in town for a soccer tournament and chose this listing since we wanted to bring our two smallish dogs. The house was clean (especially for pet friendly place) when we checked in but I immediately had an eww moment when I found a washcloth on the edge of the shower with some hair on it. I think it must have been left by cleaning crew. Furniture was clean and positioned well for comfort and the smaller space. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and had basic cleaning necessities which was appreciated. Neighborhood is a nice working class neighborhood next to an elementary school with an AWESOME playground that was open to the public. That was cool. Next door neighbor was outside smoking constantly on front porch which was awkward and may sway my decision if I was staying alone. Backyard would be much better if they decided to fence it, however, it wasn't accessible through the basement as that door handle was on the floor. The washing machine and dryer were in the basement (what we called the murder basement) and it was more than a little creepy. Thankfully there was a slide lock on the basement door. The bathroom was perfectly functional and management was addressing the shower hose that started leaking right before we left. Air conditioning worked well and temperature control easily accessible. Overall good stay, I think with a few more upgrades could easily be a 5 star stay.
