This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom property is located directly on one of the nicest beaches in all of Puerto Vallarta. The condo has lots of amenities including an on-site restaurant, luxurious pool, maid service, full time admin, maintenance. Stunning views of the Bay of Banderas which is prime for whale watching during particular times of the year. Located just a short bus ride to all that downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You can then come back to the condo and retire for the night with nothing but the sound of waves along the shore. The condo is located in one of the most desirable areas in Puerto Vallarta along the south shore where the water is pristine. Whether you want to spend all your time at the condo or go on an adventure around the area, there is no better place than right here in paradise. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 with King beds, one with a Queen. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds and is en suite, wonderful for children or singles. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to reach out and ask. The view from balcony and master bedroom was amazing. Clean, spacious and comfy beds. Pool was great and access to beach is easy the beach area is clean. The beach was warm and beautiful. Staff at condos were very nice. Will stay again!!

Perfect Getaway!

Fantastic Views and Very Relaxing!

We used this location for a New Year's girl's trip to relax and recharge. This condo is very well equipped with a large kitchen and dining room. The views from the deck are very relaxing. Great sunrise and sunsets! The place is very quiet, and you do get some free entertainment in the evening from the resort next door. The staff was very friendly.

Heavenly paradise on a spectacular beach!

This was our 2nd time to this property and my wife and I already cannot wait to go back next year. Every detail of the stay was simply perfect. This time we cooked almost every meal in the well appointed kitchen which helped with my diabetes. The one meal we ate in the on-site restaurant was very good. This is without a doubt one of my favorite places to unwInd and recharge!

Wonderful Place

Arrival as easy, place as exactly as listed, and the staff were excellent. The fridge broke down during our stay, and though they tried to repair it, it never did start up again. Bit of a bummer.

Total relaxation

We loved everything about Las Peña’s! Comfy beds, great showers and lots of room for 2 couples to spread out for 10 days and totally relax listening to the crashing waves on a perfect beach! We were unlucky with the weather during our first week but the stunning view and whale watching from the patio kept us entertained! Having an onsite restaurant available for breakfast or lunch on occasion was a real perk but dinners at Restaurante Los Girasoles, just a short walk away, became a daily treat. Thank you John
and all the property staff, for a wonderful vacation!

5 Stars++++

We would give this beautiful place more than 5 stars of we could. We spent a week visiting with other family and were blown away by the views and location. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and two kids to spread out and relax. John was great to work with and his condominium is incredibly stocked with everything you could need. Housekeeping was also polite and thorough. Puerto Vallarta has always been one of my favorite spots and we cannot wait to visit and stay in this amazing condominium again.

Beautiful Condo

My husband & I had a great time . The Condo looks just like the pictures! When we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful breeze and a fantastic view ! The beach is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff , from the office, maid & the waiters at the beach club are all very helpful. John texted every day to see if we needed anything and was helpful on where to go to get our COVID test for the trip home.

Best condo in puerto Vallarta!!

This condo was everything we could possible want. Beautiful location, clean facilities, lots of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms, daily maid service, incredible views, great beach out front with good snorkeling, and the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in. This was perfect for families because there were beach chairs, umbrella, soft sided coolers, two sets of snorkels/fins, and goggles. The host checked in with us several times and maintenance came out within the day to fix a shower handle when I let him know it wasn’t working. Don’t hesitate to book this condo, it was the best part of our trip.

Beautiful Condo, best location

This was one of our best stays at Las Penas! John was a fabulous host and his home is absolutely stunning! Everything was first class (especially the electronics and bedding). Everything you need is at this condo. Communication throughout the booking/staying was the best. We had a dumb question about the stove and he immediately replied and had his guy there the next day to check it out. Truly one of the best VRBO experiences ever. Thank you, John.

Celebration getaway

If you like a quiet private getaway without the crowds and absolutely beautiful scenic view and comfortable stay, this is the place for you. Pool and ocean was fantastic! Downtown is not too bad of a drive. It does take some getting used to drive there. We did the rhythms of the night excursion, which was absolutely amazing. You get the best of both worlds, the privacy and the nightlife if you’re willing to take a ride back towards the airport. One key note though is if you were going to Cook, there are no grocery or food stores nearby. Just a small convenience store in the hotel a couple doors down. They have some really nice markets in downtown Puerto Vallarta though. Everyone was very nice. Also you can order food at the pool. I highly recommend staying here!

Little slice of paradise

Loved our stay at Las Penas. The condo was lovely. The view of the balcony was spectacular. Loved the little beach. The sand was so soft and easy entry into the water. Some days the waves crashed a little hard, but was very entertaining watching people from the hotel next door trying to get past the waves. Could watch the nightly entertainment from the hotel off our balcony, but was still very private. Our friends said the shrimp tacos from the restaurant were the best bite of food they had the whole holiday. John was great to work with and very responsive to all my questions. Would definitely go back.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I don’t think you will find a finer location in Puerto Vallarta. As you know by now, we are 8.5KM south of downtown. It is quiet here (Except when they are running fitness classes next door ), but close enough to town if you want more action, restaurants, bars, night life, gift shops and of course the local history. Don’t miss out on a visit to the cathedral if you get time.

Relax and enjoy the sun and sea. Snorkel at our beach. Its quiet and a great way to wind down. Great for kids with pools and beach right here.
