Casa Topacio Azul is a newly listed 3000 sq. ft 3 bedroom 3 bath charming Spanish villa in the historic and gated community of Villas Altas Garza Blanca with stunning views of the ocean and the mountains just steps away from the ocean.

The villa features a 2 story classic mexican architecture with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. All bedrooms are master bedroom with stunning ocean and mountain views, king beds, dedicated bathroom and air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, luxury cotton linens and down pillows. Other amenities include private heated pool, 3 water fountains, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout, fiber optic cable, wi-fi, TV, washer and dryer, full kitchen appliances and much more. The villa is in private cul de sac at street level with parking in front of the villa.

Enjoy the open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen areas that open to your own private deck and pool. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy inside or outside dinning while enjoying the stunning views and the sunset in the paradise.

The villa is four miles south of the city of Puerto Vallarta, nestled between lush forest, mountains and ocean just few minutes walking distance from one of the top beaches in Puerto Vallarta. It is a 15 minute taxi or Uber ride to the Romantic Zone.

This is a chance to experience one of the most unique and prestigious ocean side communities in Puerto Vallarta with beautifully landscaped areas and cobble stone streets that transform your visit to paradise.

Beautiful Stay Off the PV Coast

The property was wonderful! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The house was set up beautifully and was very clean. Check in/out was super easy. It’s in a great location if you want some space from the downtown area without being too far of a drive. Loved every moment of it!

Amazing location

Absolutely amazing and romantic location!! All amenities were covered with a beautiful setting. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend to all travelers. Out of the hustle and bustle yet close enough to enjoy all restaurants and entertainment.

Great family trip!

This is a very charming and beautiful villa. It has a private small pool. The three bedrooms have air condition and a ceiling fan, all bedroom with a full private bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. Cal, the host is a great person and can respond immediately to any question you might have. We had a siblings reunion there and we had a great time! Totally recommended.

The area and views of the ocean and jungle are beautiful. We loved the location of the villa as it was close to town and a few beaches. The private pool was so clean and refreshing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved our stay 28 day stay, it was hard to leave!

Family holiday Getaway

Loved the villa! Beautiful views, spacious rooms, great pool/patio. Location was a bit difficult with no services (restaurants, grocery, stores) nearby. One taxi trip to town/Romantic zone took over an hour due to traffic during dinner hour.

Stunning Views!

Everything about a rental was an extremely positive experience. After a long flight and time without eating, the chips and guacamole was an amazing welcome gift. The unit was clean, as described, and comfortable. There were enough bathrooms for our group of 5. The pool and the balcony were great. Overall great experience. If I’m ever in PV again I will be staying here.

Surprise Birthday!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday. It was our second time staying in this location just a different Villa. This villa was spectacular as well. The villa is gorgeous! The views are amazing. The villa was spotless. We had Ceci come in and cook for us and the food she made was amazing. You cannot go wrong in staying here. We felt safe not just in the villa but throughout Puerto Vallarta. Any question we could possibly have Kal was just amazing. Like I said, you cannot go wrong staying here.

Nice place but not 5star

Nice tidy place. But most of the stuff didn’t work(dishwasher, laundry machine, coffee maker, stove,) had numerous cockroaches in the suit during the week. And the cutlery was poor. (Knifes couldn’t cut avocados not to mention any thing else)

Amazing Villa!

My wife and another couple stayed at this villa in Villas Altas Garza Blanca and we couldn't have been happier. The villa itself was laid out nicely with two bedrooms upstairs and one down. All 3 bedrooms had ocean views and the views from the patio and pool area were expansive with both ocean and mountain views. The staff were friendly and we had a local chef prepare meals right in the kitchen! A car isn't needed as the bus stops at the base of the property or cabs are easy to catch. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Property - Charming Setting

The property is very special - the view, pool and home are wonderful. The positives far outweigh any negatives, but there is some room for improvement. The appliances were not all working, the dishes and cookware need some refreshing, and the general upkeep of the home could use a polish. There were constant ants throughout the property, but they were harmless. There was one bottle of shampoo and no body wash in the 3 lovely bathrooms. You should verify what you need to bring or have delivered, as this location is somewhat removed from town. Some of these items are simply part of staying in an older property. The management was very communicative and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Amazing South Shore Escape

We can’t say enough amazing things about this villa tucked into the hills on the Garza Blanca preserve. It is everything our family has been looking for in a PVR vacation. Check-in was a breeze and we were pleasantly surprised with fresh snacks upon our arrival. The hosts were more than hospitable and so quick to respond anytime we had a question. The villa itself is pure heaven if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing Mexican getaway. It was more than enough room for our family of three and every single room and patio comes with an amazing view. The pool is just the right size for cooling off when enjoying a relaxing day lounging around the unit. The beach is just a quick jaunt down the hill with two easy access points within a five minute walk in either direction, and there is a fantastic restaurant with great food and drinks at Palmares Beach. The area is extremely safe and all the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. You’re in the perfect location for easy access to shopping and restaurants downtown, as well as a more traditional PVR experience down in Mismaloya. Love, love this place!
