Convenient and walkable to restaurants and breweries

Apartment and parking easily accessible and fully stocked for the weekend. As advertised and prepped and equipped for a nice stay.

Fabulous Weekend

We were in town for a long weekend in Charlotte. This was the perfect location - just a 5-10 minute walk to amazing restaurants in NoDa, coffee shops and the light rail. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the wifi was excellent and it was relatively quiet at night. I highly recommend this apartment.

Mostly everything was excellent but there were some light issues but the company explained it had to do with a shortage of lightbulbs by the leasing company but overall it was a great visit

Just as advertised

Cute contemporary bedroom/studio. The building was the only strange part about this listing, as it's a high-rise yet I only saw a few people walking around the entire weekend. The halls were completely empty & smelled like... drywall??? Cool bar with food truck are a few steps away from the front entrance, which is a very nice feature. There's also a upscale food court & trendy nail salon right around the corner. The apartment is simple but very clean and perfect for anyone who really just needs somewhere to sleep and shower when in town. I called it a bedroom/studio because the "bedroom" is really just the bed, enclosed by 4 partial walls, and 2 end tables - no closet or dresser. The small closet is just outside the bed area. But the bed is comfortable and the overall feel is way nicer than a hotel room with kitchen.

Everything we needed

Instructions weren’t clear for initial checking, but received prompt response to our text message. Burnt out light when entering our VRBO. Again, promptly fixed after sending out a message. Bed was extremely comfortable. All necessities were available. Nicely located~Such friendly and helpful suggestions from staff at Free Range Brewery right next door. Beautiful apartment, close to eateries, breweries and more. Hosts were very accommodating and made our check-in, stay and check-out easy. This unit was perfect for 2 people for a few days stay in Charlotte.
