Place had great location to downtown and was perfect for our trip. Michael is an excellent host, was very responsive and courteous. Will stay again next time in the area.

Loved this little duplex. We were just a minute’s walk from Main Street in a very quiet neighborhood. Super cute and quaint. The outside deck was very spacious! Definitely recommend.

It was not clean when we arrived however the owner responded quickly. He had not received notification from VRBO that the unit had been rented. Owner took care of the issue

Upon arrival the shared bathroom did not have any towels. Towels and sheets were in the dryer and we had to fold them all. Then put the load in the washer in the dryer. There was trash under kitchen table so we had to sweep. Nacogdoches was enjoyable for shopping and food. Thanks

Close proximity to downtown square and SFA events. Clean with comfortable living room situation. Beds were just like we like. No complaints!!

This rental is part of a duplex. It’s just South of the square. We found it very clean, with comfy linens and bedding. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Difficult to review, didn’t stay in the unit

The unit hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, but the host promptly offered the other unit on the property. After a long drive, we were happy to accept, although it didn’t match the quality of the one we originally booked and didn’t seem fully prepared for guests. Unfortunately, the cleaners weren’t available until the next day, so returning to the original unit wasn’t an option. The host was very responsive and refunded the cleaning fee to help make up for the inconvenience.

Nice place to stay

Nice place. Very clean and super convenient. This is a much better deal than staying at one of the over priced hotels in Nac!The owner was very accommodating. Allowed us to check in 1.5 hrs early so we could freshen up prior to my son's graduation at SFA.

Downtown Nacogdoches, Tx

This house was everything as advertised and more. The house was clean and was setup with all the needed amenities. The rooms were comfortable. We had 4 adults and the house was the perfect size for us. Also, we were able to entertain other guests without problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Nacogdoches. The owner is really nice and made himself available in case we had any issues checking in and to answer any we may have had.I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect House Downtown

Great area, one block from Downtown Main street. Close enough to walk to brewery and restaurants. Very quite neighborhood. House was perfect for six people and the kitchen was spacious with plenty of counter space. The deck was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the tranquility. Very clean and the host was especially helpful. Mike went above and beyond as a host!! I will absolutely rent again next time I am in Nacogdoches! Thank you

Nice spot in Nac

A group of 6 of us needed a place to stay while we visited Nac for a football game. This place was perfect for us as it offered 3 rooms and a common area. The location is great near downtown and we enjoyed our stay there. We met the owner as he was passing through the property and he was informative and helpful. We'd stay here again with a group for sure!

Excellent Stay!

In town for a short stay, the property was just what we needed. It was clean, met our expectations and communication with host was great! It may be time to replace the mattress in the front bedroom as it has a sinkhole, but everything else was on point. We would definitely rent this place again!

The property was super cute and provided enough room for my husband and I to comfortably stay in town for our daughters graduation. All the necessities were there and we enjoyed the ability to dine in when we wanted.
