We love our guests, including furry friends! Thank you for being such lovely guests and helping us keep the place so nice! We appreciate it more than you know. In the past when I would travel, it would break my heart to leave my pets behind; that’s one reason we started the home away from home. Hope ya’ll will come back and stay at the ranch soon.

Larry and Latricia were FANTABULOUS hosts. We have stayed here several times, this was the longest stay at 20 days as we are moving to the area. It is peaceful and relaxing in this rustic, warm and inviting home. We enjoyed the cows in the pasture next door and the kitty "Stitches" that would come visit. We had to buy her some treats of course . Latricia is gracious and great at making you feel welcome. I would recommend a stay here if you're ever in Nacogdoches. They are pet friendly, we've had our dog before she passed with us on visits and our daughters cat when she was with us. Sometimes you're even surprised with special treats from Latricia!

Perfect for a family

Plenty of room for all, nooks to read on, games to play, 2 tvs and WiFi. Something for everyone. So peaceful and not too far from town.

The Jacobs were very hospitable and responded quickly to any needs . The home was very heartwarming and big so everyone could have time by themselves.Love the scenery.Slept great no traffic or street lights.We will return!

Very relaxing and tranquil location

There was plenty of room for the four of us at Whisper Oaks. The host was very helpful getting us to the property and the home is just lovely. And the trees, oh my goodness, are they huge. Highly recommend this place.

we loved the place. our poodles had a good time running around and wore themselves out. The owners left water and baked goods for us as well. Will probably be back next year for a disc golf tournament.

Great home and location!

The house was very clean. Having the two bathrooms was very helpful. There are very comfortable sitting and sleeping accommodations. We look forward to using this rental again when we return to visit our Daughter at SFA.

Wow! Am amazing country property!

This short trip was so peaceful and relaxing. We ate the owners homemade bread, muffins and cookies and loved every bite. She had a spotless home that made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back when we visit nacogdoches again.

Great stay with amazing baked goods!

Property was very clean and nice. A great place to stay if you want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Latricia baked us chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins and they were incredibly tasty. Would highly recommend.
