Nestled in historic Nacogdoches, TX sits a uniquely vintage renovated 1940’s home. This home is centrally located to everything Nacogdoches has to offer from the Historic brick streets of downtown to the beautiful campus of Stephen F. Austin State University. Offering three full bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, the Martin Bungalow is the perfect home away from home for a weekend retreat or extended stay! The home is fully furnished and stocked with basic amenities needed for your stay!

The home has a full kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home.

The front bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed with flat screen TV, and the back bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds and flat screen TV. The living room sleeper sofa includes an additional queen bed and a love seat. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV.

The house has a large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a fenced back yard (please inquire about pet policy) with outdoor seating and firepit! We look forward to welcoming you into this adorable property for your next visit to the Oldest Town in Texas!

This cozy renovated home is just blocks from the red brick square in the oldest town in Texas. Close to all of the activities but on a quiet street where you can feel "away from it all." The mattress on the king bed is perfection! Be sure to visit the Wild Bleu boutique on the square.

Great home!

This property is wonderful! It was so charming and had beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was always prompt and accommodating. I really can’t say enough good things about it! I will 100% be staying here again.

Charming Stay

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Location is easy to get to and located next to a variety of stores and venues. Beds were comfy as was the couch. Contacting the owners was a breeze and they responded cordially. They have parking for up to 3 vehicles before needing to park on the street. Overall, the staybwas great and metbare needs while attending family matters.

This was a return stay for a reason — great location and perfect for our needs. Our 2 pups really enjoyed the fenced yard (as did we). The beds are very comfortable and the location is great. We like Nac and really like this house. Our hosts are great and very accomodating. Just an overall excellent experiencr!

Blueberry Festival Weekend

Great location for getting to downtown Nacogdoches for Blueberry Festival. The house is so cute and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved the porch swing to enjoy a cool morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Bungalow in the heart of Nacogdoches. Close to SFA, downtown shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Nicely decorated and furnished. Definitely recommend.

Long weekend with friends

Several of us SFA alum got together for a reunion for a 3 day weekend. This house is in great shape and is walking distance to campus and downtown. Being able to cook up breakfast in the kitchen before heading out was awesome. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the kitchen setup, and provided coffee and snacks. We’ll be back for sure.

Perfect family visit!

We loved staying at this cute house! The three bedrooms allowed us to spread out and the fenced yard was the perfect size for our daughter to play ball with our dog. We enjoyed several local restaurants and there was plenty of parking for the cars in the driveway. The front porch was so nice to sit on and drink coffee in the morning and we took a stroll every day around the quaint neighborhood. Cozy living room and a full collection of snacks in the kitchen and a notebook with a stack of local restaurant menus. We will be back!

Comfortable home conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and SFA Campus. Beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities needed. Extremely easy booking, check-in and check-out. Will certainly request booking again in future!!

This historic home was updated with all of the amenities you need! Everything was clean and the house smelled lovely upon entering. Perfect for our group of 5! The hosts were super accommodating and communicative. Only a 3 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

Sweet cozy home

We came to Nacogdoches to visit its antique shops over the weekend for a quick getaway. This home was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. After a day of antiquing, it was great to just come in and relax. The property manager helped us quickly when we needed assistance.

The Martin Bungalow was perfect! Completely redone inside, so clean, very Texas decorated, very cool house. It is a perfect, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Close to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to several! I would for sure stay here again! The owners were great and very responsive, thank you for a great stay!
