Beautiful 1 bed 1 bath condo in the heart of Pigeon Forge.
Kitchen has everything you will need for your stay! There is a king size bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room
We provide all linens and towels, And just a start pack of essentials
There is a Publix just 5-7 min walking distance from this condo and the island of pigeon Forge is just across the street.
A lot of good restaurants and attractions just in a walking distance.
Dollywood is 8 min drive
Gatlinburg is 15 min drive
Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

This our second time staying at this location. It has a wonderful location and the condo is very clean. We like the fact was can walk to so many local attrations.

Ok for two adults but the pullout couch bed was unusable. I’ve never seen such a thin and uncomfortable mattress in all my years sleeping on couches. The actual bed was comfortable. Very stingy with towels and the only amenity provided was 4 k-cups (not enough for 2 adults for the days we stayed). The kitchen lacks basic items like oven kits, salt, pepper, etc. so it was not usable. Location is great and parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Overall this was fine for 2 adults but would not comfortably sleep 4 as listed.

PROS: The room was clean, as was the general property and grounds. The location was centrally located and close to many shops, restaurants, etc.CONS: small things; no tissue/Kleenex, the bathroom cabinet door was broken and the WiFi was spotty. I think maybe several of the condos use the same WiFi because it seemed to be worse when there were more people on site.HUGE Con: the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We had to go purchase a memory foam mattress pad to make it through our stay. I would recommend a new mattress to promote repeat guest stays.

If you are looking for a place the is on the main drag but quiet, this is your place! So very convenient to everything on the strip and walking distance to Publix. Main bed is super comfy! Pull out is as you would expect. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was pretty clean, bedding and towels smelt like good laundry detergent not that hotel smell, IYKYK. Would definitely stay again!

The Condo was nice, roomy, and easy to find. It was right off the strip with easy access to all venues. Across the street from the Island and within walking distance if you are not afraid to cross traffic. About a 10 min walk. Enjoyed our stay.

This was our third year staying at this condo. It is always clean, convenient and a home away from home. The host answers all questions promptly and is always so kind. We are already looking forward to next years stay.

Enjoyable

We arrived a little earlier than expected so we asked if the condo was ready by chance, and got a quick reply that it was! We only stayed 2 nights but had a great time. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a simple meal (pots, pans, utensils, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.) Conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. We brought our electric bikes and rode the Riverwalk Greenway one morning. I realized once we got back home that I left a dress at the condo. They had found it and offered to mail it back to me. Very accommodating and pleasant.

Perfect Little Spot

This was the perfect little spot for what we needed. It was just a road over from the main strip but it never felt that way. It was easy to find, clean, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on! Would definitely stay again!

Nice place but has bugs!

Property is in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Pretty clean. Had to wait past 4 to check in because check in information was sent late. Only had one pillow for the pullout bed and needed two. Had a horrible last night because bugs started coming out in the bedroom. Had a roach, spider and two other creepy crawlies crawling around.
