A cozy apartment near downtown and the beach.

It has 2 very comfortable beds and a very comfortable couch that will leave you rested in the morning without waking up to back aches. The kitchen and bath are fully renovated and a new A/C with new air ducts. The apartment is very clean and quiet. It's perfect for a vacation apartment. It is close ,1.5 miles from downtown and 3.6 miles to the beach. There is a 4' wide ramp leading to a new large deck that leads into the apartment.

Rooms were clean and as advertised. We liked the coffee that was left for us and having the washer and dryer was a big help

Exceptionally clean and convenient apartment

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was how clean it was. Also it was very spacious for the small size that it is. The outdoor patio was a nice little oasis for us to enjoy the beautiful weather. We loved how convenient this property was to downtown dining and also the Jackie Robinson Training Complex where our son was playing. We would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to our host Jerrod for supply everything we needed and going out to buy a blender when we inquired about one! Thank you! ⭐

Great place but extremely rude host!

We were loving our stay until we got kicked out at midnight after he knew we were going to have guests come celebrate My friends birthday. I understand where he was upset but instead of handling the situation respectfully he called the cops walked in the premises without notice. As well as making a big deal about us having black people there. And calling my friend an “it” because she’s a masculine lesbian. Wouldn’t let me have time to find my keys to my car and towed my car at 8am to the only wrecker service in the city that doesn’t allow things to be released on weekends. Mind you we have driven 12th yes and spent almost 1k at this point. He was also lurking around the property the whole time we were around. He even was telling the neighbors that we were 2 young girls from Ga who we’re visiting. Like wow! He did not refund any money even though we stayed the a total of 2 days not even half of what we had planned to stay. And is charging extra money for cleaning and service fees
 I’ve had to spend close to 3k for this one very disappointing trip. And because of having to come back to get my car I’ve now lost my job. And honestly would never want to see this man again in my life!
