Situated in the quiet and sought-after Villa’s at Swans Nest. We know you will enjoy your time exploring all the nearby attractions.
The famous Colorado Trail Head is right outside the front door with endless miles of hiking, trail running, and biking access. Breckenridge Golf Club is a short 5 minute drive. Blue River Arm Trailhead gives easy access to Lake Dillon and is a 5 minute drive. Or head out across route 9 (two minutes away) to the Blue River Bikeway and head in either direction to the fabulous mountain towns of Breckenridge & Frisco.
This well-equipped condo will serve all your needs. Beautiful Stay!
Let me start out by saying wow! This property was absolutely perfect! We were coming from Texas so we aren’t use to the cold weather. Walking into the condo it was nice a warm! It was perfect distance from the ski lodge about 10 mins and from Frisco about 15 mins. The master bed was so comfortable and my step daughter enjoyed having her own bedroom and bath. We used the fire place every night which was perfect!
