This house in on a quiet street, and just 5 minutes off the freeway. If you’re looking to relax with the family, or explore everything Southern Oregon has to offer, this is the Airbnb for you! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

This place is awesome!

The house and property was exactly as described. The backyard, hot tub, patios, etc. are amazing. Our group had such a fun time, and just loved everything about this place.

The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking, and our kids especially loved the game room. We had a bit of trouble accessing it at first, but management was very responsive and helpful in getting it resolved quickly.The reason for the 4-star rating is the cleanliness. The showers, kitchen sink, and fridge didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, so I did some light cleaning myself. That said, we still had a great stay and made some wonderful memories here!

Nice property
 enjoyed our stay

We were just passing through so didn’t stay long. But, this is a very nice, peaceful home. Hanging out by the river, on the deck, and recently renovated make this property unique. The property manager respond to our messages very quickly too.

We stayed one night. The back yard was so nice. Accidentally left my granddaughter’s swimsuit in the dryer. Owner messaged us, we were already too far away. He told me he would mail them to us.

The views are beautiful! The stove top did not work. The shower continually leaked. The dining room light would not come on. I text host about these problems, all he said was he was sorry about those issues. I planned on cooking the whole 4 days. I spent $300 on groceries, some of which were perishable and couldn’t cook some of my meals. It was an inconvenience and not the experience I was hoping for.

Amazing family friendly property!!!

Our family of 7 tremendously enjoyed staying at this house! Friendly for all age ranges. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers. The house and host had everything we needed and provided a place for our family to enjoy and make lasting memories. Cannot rate this house, host and experience high enough!

River retreat

The property is just as advertised. The house is spacious and the view fantastic. The bunk house has additional sleeping quarters and a game room full of fun for all ages. Special touches were waiting for us from our hosts and made us feel welcome. The yard is huge with plenty of room for running and playing. Fire pit and swing were a big hit with the family. The river is just beyond the yard and accessible to those that don’t mind a climb down a short ladder and a trek across the river bank. All in all, we were very comfortable and would stay here again. Thank you Smith Family!

Girls Retreat 2022

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Loved that the bedrooms had two beds in each that allowed us to have our own beds. Lots of extras in the way of supplies, lovely river view and other kind gestures by the hosts. We will likely return.

Weekend get away

What a lovely setting, so pretty and relaxing. We enjoyed staying so close to the river, loved the wildlife and watching the boats drift by. The house is very well appointed, everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your house!
