You are greeted with a Million Dollar view when walking in the front door of this condo. Relaxation plus! The host, Johanna, is simply wonderful- welcome sweets are left in the refrigerator, and she follows up with just a minor snag at the front gate, making sure our arrival goes well. The complex is quiet and the beach is just steps away. We had a wonderful time!

Great Ocean view in a clean well maintained property. We enjoy the walking trails and beach overlooks nearby. This was our third year staying here and we’ve already booked it for next year. Johanna is very responsive to our communications and very helpful. Overall an Excellent place to vacation.

We loved this ocean front view .The condo so well stocked and clean!Lot’s of “ little touches ” that meant a lot !There was even a tower fan !We hope to go back next year .It was fabulous.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay at this condo on Amelia Island. It was an excellent repeat stay. Johanna is a wonderful host with great communication and a clean and well stocked unit. The location can’t be beat with a perfect view and easy access to the clean and quiet beach and clean and quiet pool. We look forward to another stay next year!

A great ocean view in a quiet area with walking/biking trails to roam on. Started here two years in a row and booked the same week next year. A perfect dog friendly retreat.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in Mrs. Johanna's Sandcastles condo and we loved it once again! You just can't beat the peacefulness felt staying here with the outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and all the amenities provided. Every year, Mrs. Johanna, goes above and beyond to make our stay the best she can. We so appreciate that! We look forward to coming back soon.

Such a wonderful stay! The condo is lovely, looks just like the photos, and the view is spectacular. Johanna goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you may need for your vacation (beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug spray, etc) and even left welcome treats for us along with a handwritten note wishing us an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!
