Great Stay

The location is perfect for sightseeing around the lake. Wonderful views of the lake and mountains from this unit and from the shore. The unit is well equipped, we had everything we needed. Would return.

Wonderful rental

I was very happy with this vacation rental, it clean and well equipped with everything we needed from blankets to kitchenware. I loved the two ensuite bathrooms and the master bed was very comfortable too!

We were here for the World Cup at Palisades. Great place to stay. Clean and well kept. Nice location to local amenities.

Would definitely stay again!

This studio condo was perfect for our vacation in Lake Tahoe. The condo was roomy enough for my husband and me, the bed comfortable, nice kitchen, large bathroom, big deck off the sliders and nice pool. It was even nicer than we were expecting. The beach was lovely and the views were amazing. The host was very communicative and provided excellent details for the condo.

Wonderful Place Right on the Lake

Completly re-done studio. The owners thought of just about everything to make this a great vacation unit. Seamless rental with lots of great info provided. Close to golf, restaurants, grocery and parks with great view and covered balcony. Washer-Dryer did not work so bring lots of quarters if you will need to do laundry.

Tahoya Shores

We have stayed at Tohoya Shores a few times in the past in a different condo. We love the location and the beach access. Overall the condo is beautiful! Just a few minor things could be improved upon. The ceiling fan squeaks loudly when on high, therefore it can't be left on at night to help cool things off. Also, not much storage for luggage or clothes to be put away. Possibly remove one of the sliding doors in the laundry area and put a shelf unit in for storage or put shelving in the other closet next to the bedding and towels, just a thought. Overall, we loved the place!

Nice property, very clean, a few things to be aware of

While overall this is a great little spot, there are a couple issues to be aware of. it is important to point out that this is not a 1 bedroom, it is a studio. The listing says "1 bedroom, 1 bathroom." You don't find out it is a studio unless you click on a link within the listing to read more. I think it should be made more obvious that this is a studio from the start. PROS: Communication-excellent! The unit is very clean! Location is great-we were close to everything from grocery stores, to beaches, shopping and dining. It was very quiet and peaceful. CONS: (1)The king bed is a murphy bed. At the top of the bed is an open area where you can see the mechanism to operate it. It seems a little unsafe, especially if you have little ones. (2)There is no usable outlet at the head of the bed. I use a CPAP machine which must be plugged in. The only outlet close enough is inside the head of the murphy bed where the lifting/lowering mechanisms are. I ended up sleeping on the sofa (not pulled out) (3)There is a TV on the wall above the sofa. To watch TV there is one chair to sit on or the bed. You can also view the TV from the dining bar, but two or more people cannot sit in one spot and watch TV at the same time. Most of the photos show no TV on the wall above the sofa-there is currently one photo that shows the TV on the wall. (4)There is a prior review from Sept.2023 that states the fan makes a very loud squeaky noise. This has not been fixed-it still squeaks and is very loud.

Walking distance to Kings Beach

Great location near stores, food and beach with water view, pool area and updated studio. Does need more space for unpacking close. recommend removing wine fridge or some other way to provide a few shelves for guest clothes. Minor issue and again good place to stay.
