Welcome to Unit #330 at Sugar Beach Resort, Your private oceanfront oasis! The unit is in the Front row, literally 50 feet from the Ocean. Come enjoy the 180 Degree Panoramic Pacific views with winter time whale sightings right from your Lanai. The sunsets are memorable from here! The unit is well equipped and recently remodeled.

Sugar Beach is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddle or boogie boarding. The Resort offers a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean and a children's wading pool. There is a golf putting green, a well-maintained gas barbecue area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's “Sandwich” and Bar and an on-site Massage. Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice (A Maui Must) and an ABC Convenience store are about a five minute walk down the beach.

This place was amazing. Communication with owner and property manager was fabulous. The condo was great, amazing view and super comfy bed. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, everything you need for beach fun. Want a fresh pastry for breakfast? Malasadas are a short walk down the beach. Want a cocktail? Go into Dina's on site. Want a great pasta salad or sandwich? Also at Dina's. Hot tub was great. Truly, this place is the best! We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a few days on our honeymoon because we wanted to spend time in Kihei/closer to Wailea - we only stayed for two days, but you easily could stay for a week - inside the condo: it was spacious and perfect for the two of us with a large kitchen for cooking. The view is also incredible - just like the pictures! We sat on the balcony mornings, days, and nights - it's a destination in itself. The beach was also very quiet and perfect for walking or sitting in the sand. We saw lots of people swimming as well. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you're looking for something quiet, cozy, well-cared for, and on the ocean. It was worth the stay and we'd recommend it to all our family and friends!

The host and the on island representative were very responsive when I communicated with them. The kitchen was fully stocked and the air conditioner was great to have. The beach was wonderful.

Perfect location for a vacation

This location was perfect in Kihei to get to all parts of Maui. The listing was just as advertised and worked perfectly for us. Loved that we had laundry in the unit and the balcony to sit out for breakfast each day. The AC was also very welcome and perfect for sleeping.
