Valley View 2 - Parfait pour votre prochaine escapade au lac !

This house has everything you need to enjoy your next family vacation located at the 22 mile marker by water and off of Route KK in Osage Beach. Perfect outside space offering 2 decks, a lakeside grass yard with minimal steps to the dock which is the complete setup to enjoy your time in the lake. The lower entry level features the living room, dining room, the fully stocked kitchen (with whole house water filter system), plus 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a full bathroom. The upper level offers two more bedrooms one with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper plus the kid's room with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over double) with a trundle bed and a queen bed. You can sleep 12 people in beds and there is plenty of space in the living room or kid's room for an air mattress if you want to bring one. All bedrooms, the living room and the dock are all equipped with WiFi and flat screen TVs. The lakeside grass yard offers the opportunity to enjoy outside activities including a game of Corn Hole, bags which are supplied at the house. The dock offers plenty of space to spread out with a covered sitting area and an open air swim deck with a diving platform and a Wet Steps ladder. The owner keeps their boat and a PWC in the slips but you are welcome to tie up to the side of the dock. This house is located in Osage Beach close to many lake area attractions including Margaritaville, the Oaks Golf Course, Red Head Yacht Club, Big Surf Waterpark just to mention a few. Remember, you can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management!

Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

Please note: This house is monitored by external cameras. There is space for 4 cars max in the driveway. 2 additional cars can be parked on the side of the upper road. Trailer parking at Public Beach #2, about 6 miles from the house (small nightly fee).

Great loacation in a quiet cove.

We stay at the lake every year and this was the best place we've stayed at yet. Close to everything and a great cove to swim in. We will definitely be back.

A stay at the lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was really good and easy to get to Lake Osage. A little TLC is needed. Examples, bedroom doors that stick, nails coming up from the floor trim and general spider web control outside. The cobwebs are more of an annoyance as all of the lake properties have to deal with it. Kids loved swimming and the high dive on the dock. Usage of the bar area on the dock would have been nice.

Our family enjoyed this property. Great location, close to everything we needed. Plenty of space and beds for our family group of 11. The dock area was great. Room to dock our boat and jet ski, and a great hangout area. Would highly recommend this property.

Location was great by land and water! Dock is great even though we didn’t have access to the slip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Perfect lake spot

Place was nice, clean and as pictured. Dock was great with plenty of chairs, diving platform and quiet cove. Neighbors were friendly and place was easy access to lake attractions. I think parking would be difficult with more than 2 cars but not a deal breaker. Would stay again.

This house was great for the 11 of us. The kids (and some adults) enjoyed jumping off the platform on the dock and splashing into the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped and the frig large enough to accommodate our food needs for the 3 days. The four bedrooms were perfect and the outdoor awning provided additional eating space out of the sun. We spent a lot of time on the dock, reading and even enjoyed a rainstorm from there.

Great overall !

The dock had not been cleaned or sprayed for spiders. Upon arrival, we cleaned for about an hour cleaning cob webs down and an unusual amount of spiders. We have been to the lake every year, so we are used to outdoor insects, but this was something we had never seen before. I feel like they need to spray for spiders before the next guest comes. House was perfect though!

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Valley View 2 as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, your only steps away from the lake! Also only a 5 minute drive to a local brewery, and some really nice restaurants and cafes close by. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house to anyone looking to just get away for the weekend! WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!
