Onsite amenities
The resort and spa seem to exist in two different worlds—a pure benefit for those looking for a spa-only weekend. Start your day in the fitness room, then head to the pool and unwind with a swim and refreshment from the poolside bar. Kids are welcome, too, as at all Bluegreen Vacations resorts. A three-story water slide winds through the desert landscape, and a large list of activities, for children and adults alike, offers plenty of fun. Adventure also awaits. If you’re in the mood for a cowboy adventure, take advantage of the Cibola Vista Riding Program and hop in the saddle to experience the thrill of the “Old West.”

The lagoon pool and waterslide will be temporarily closed for maintenance from January 5 through January 21, 2026. During this time, Guests can continue to enjoy the adult pool. Thank you for your understanding.

We booked this property for my sister and niece coming for a visit from Iowa. The location was perfect and the suite we booked was very accommodating. We were checked out Wed night which we did not know so when we tried to use our keys they didn’t work and had to go to the desk and they had to check us back in. Not sure what that was about but all worked out. The employees are very cordial and accommodating. Definitely will use this property again if we need a place for our family, Great pools they are the best!!

Peoria Oasis

Great place to stay in Peoria. Easy to get to and a nice facility. Never used the pools but they are heated and warm. The bars on site nice for the evening decompress. Would stay here again!

Modern, clean, and spacious

This room was very well kept, clean, with a full kitchen, family room area with TB, and a large bedroom with a TV as well. The bathroom is modern and clean.

Wonderful location and property

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The room was very nice and had a fantastic view of the pool. The property was well maintained and in a wonderful location. Staff was also great. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our vacation here. We will definitely return!

Spacious, clean condo

Condo was conveniently located & clean. Relatively quiet, though the patio of the unit overlooks the parking lot. Listing shows an indoor pool, which is not on property, but the 2 pools that are on property are lovely. Glad I stayed through the week, as the property seems to pick up for the weekend & there was significantly more noise from outside & other units. Nice alternative to a hotel room

Overall, I loved it. The listing might just need a little bit more information

Because of the previous reviews I didn’t have very high expectations, but I loved this place! The grounds are beautiful and perfect for vacation selfies. The food truck and walk up bars were very convenient! This doesn’t reflect at all on the Vrbo host but rather the entire resort but the walls are VERY thin. All night we heard neighbors and luggage rolling around on the floor above us. I would recommend adding more info to the posting like how to check-in, where to check-in, wifi availability and check-out info. Small minor things to stop me from leaving 5 stars but I will definitely return here!!

Nice condo

The resort is nice, nothing incredible or amazing, good area for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The condo is nicer than a hotel room because you have more space - a kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. Is anything going to blow your mind? No, but it's nice and does the job. Was the most incredible experience ever? No. But we didn't have any complaints or issues. Probably wouldnt come back to this specific resort, but we had zero issues or problems renting this specific unit through the owner and would recommend him/her.

Away from everything and no staff

We booked this for the pool. When we arrived for checkin, we were told the room wasn’t ready and someone would call us when it was. I was then sent into a room and pressured into signing up for a time share promotion. Half way through our stay we had someone come to our room asking when we would be checking out. We told them we still had days left. They left. 10 minutes later someone else came to ask the same thing. This happened 4 times over the next hour. We called the front desk to ask where we could empty our trash. They said to put it outside our front door. On average, trash would sit for 3 days before anyone would take it. Our room was very much in need of updating. Holes in walls, cracks in the shower and the vent in our bedroom rattled whenever the air came on. We went to the time share talk and immediately told them it wouldn’t fit our lifestyle. Our sales guy was very nice and said he’d make sure we were out fast. His, “boss,” on the other hand took it personally and proceeded to tell us we weren’t raising our children very well because we homeschool and travel the world instead of staying in one place and enrolling them in public school.

AZ Getaway to see family

Check-in process was looooong. At least 20 minutes while the girl clicked away at her computer. Unit was dark and needed updating. Lighting in bathroom needs to be brighter. Nice layout and bedding very nice and comfy and clean. After long day of traveling, needed a shower. There were hairs in the bathtub that started floating when water was on, then when I looked up, a huge mass of long, black hair was eye level on shower wall. Got out and took a picture to show front desk. Also told her they never left bed linens for pullout bed in living room. She had me send her the photo and that’s the last contact I had. Grounds are very nice and clean, pool was great, hot tub is huge. Good location out of the congestion of Phoenix.

Front desk folks were awesome. The only challenging part is you wanted access to the pool and to receive your parking pass it required you to speak to the time share folks. Madison was awesome but her supervisor was a challenge. She interrupted our conversation and once she knew that I was not interested she was extremely dismissive to me. Madison was awesome but her supervisor has some leadership challenges.

Family Staycation

We had an amazing weekend at Cibola Vista! The pool is huge and has plenty of chairs and umbrellas for relaxing. The room was clean and the kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the pullout sofa was perfect for my kids. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay & relax!

The property was as it looked in pics & described! The place was very clean except for the sheets & comforter for the pull out couch had a stain on them. The pool was really nice & not very crowded. There was Ping pong, Corn hole, & basketball! Plenty of things to do! Place was close to grocery store & restaurants. Would definitely recommend. đŸ‘đŸŒ

Perfect Spring Break

We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen allowed us get some groceries and save money to use elsewhere. Any supplies needed were readily available or brought right to us, including a vacuum stop for some donut crumbs. The pool was definitely the key to our stay as my son barely left it and made friends every day. The entire property is gorgeous as shown in photos and a walk around, or multiple is highly recommended. It was a perfect Arizona oasis and we will absolutely be back.
