Located on beautiful Lake Bemidji, this cozy FIRST floor 2 BR 2BA condo is ready for your lakeside getaway!

Enjoy the private deck with views of the lake, FREE use of Kayaks, and private access to the famous Paul Bunyan Trail.

Comes furnished with a King bed, Queen bd, Sleeper sofa, fast internet, smart TVs, Keurig coffee and basic cooking essentials. Seamless, self check-in is provided. Keep an eye out for the eagles!

AC unit in the main living area and in the master bedroom. No AC unit in the guest bedroom.

Welcome to the Breezy Hills condos! The Otter Hollow condo 1 is on the FIRST floor on the left.

Park in the driveway. Garage stall MAY be available but not guaranteed. Bring your snowmobile and hop on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park.
A short 10 minute car ride brings you to quaint downtown Bemidji where you can find the famous Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox statues as well as great local places for food, drinks, and coffee. A 10 minute drive north up the west side of the lake brings you to serene Lake Bemidji State Park where there's a boat launch, beach, and hiking trails.

Cancellation policy is Firm. No smoking anywhere on the premise as smoke smell is incredibly difficult to remove from the condos.

Family Summer Stay

Our family stayed here for a few days and had a great time. The dock, large shared patio and personal patio were our favorite spots!

A lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our time at Breezy Point -- the problem is it was too short! The condo is lovely and is situated right on the lake. It's a short drive to town for dinner or shopping. I'll definitely make another reservation in the future.

Your place we stayed was wonderful. Walked in and thought, they really take very good care of their property. We didn’t spend much time at our unit due to family happens on Bemidji lake and grace lake. Was great to come back to it and sit back and reflect about our day with friends and relatives! One of the best VRBO we rented! Ten stars to you and your team!!!

Calming Adventure

Beautiful views, exceptionally comfortable bed, and the hosts responded to any questions promptly. We really loved riding around the lake and on the trail with the e-bike rental on site. We will likely book this property again. I would highly recommend this property for couples and families alike.

Great place, although kitchen air conditioner was quite noisy and light in walk in closet was burned out. We would consider coming back!!

What a gem!

You can't beat the location. Beautiful view of the lake with nice trees and sunsets. Place was very nice too. Spacious and well equipped. Nicely decorated too. Great access to a trail. Some finishes are a little older but very nice overall. We loved it.

We grew up in this area and love the places, people, and history here. We want to add value to the community by providing a beautiful space for guests to enjoy nature and each other and make life long memories! We are excited to have the opportunity to host you!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Some of our favorites aspects about this property is that adventure and relaxation are so accessible. You can walk out your front door onto the deck and look out over the lake while grilling a meal, walk down to the shoreline and throw a fishing line in, hop on your boat and cruise around the lake, or walk to the front of the property and explore the Paul Bunyan trail! This beautiful trail will take you up to the state park on the north end of the lake or into Bemidji if you go south. You can bike or even snowmobile on this trail in the winter time! The property is also very large at over 2 acres so there's plenty of room for family activities in the massive yard space. We love that each of the 4 condos have amazing views of the lake. It's also very night to only be a 10 minute drive from downtown Bemidji where you'll find great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and other attractions including the historic statue of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox!
