Located on beautiful Lake Bemidji, this SECOND floor 2 bed 2 bath condo is ready for your lakeside getaway!

Enjoy the private deck with views of the lake and connected access to the famous Paul Bunyan Trail. FREE use of Kayaks as well!

Comes furnished with internet, smart TVs, Keurig coffee and cooking essentials. Seamless, self check-in is provided.
Morning coffee overlooking the lake is the best! Keep an eye out for eagles!

Park in the driveway. A garage stall MAY be available but not guaranteed. Ask us about this. Walk, bike or snowmobile on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park.

The condo was clean, however to grill didn't get hot we got it lit but never got hot. Parking wasn't big enough for four place snowmobile trailer but access to the trail was amazing.

Location was great just a few miles from town, nicely decorated usable kitchen, beds are firm, appliances are new. Carpet is worn and stains noted on the couch but we stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and quiet…all that along with a beautiful lake view! Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The accommodations were lovely. Everything was clean and smelled good. They do have a no pet policy, but there were pets in other rentals. If you want a beach area close to the water, this is not the rental for you. But if you want to hang out inside, it was really nice.

Everything was exactly as stated. The condition of the apartment was really nice. Lots of items included there for our use. It was also very close to Bemidji, with access to many stores and restaurants.

A week at Breezy Hills

Lovely condo, well appointed, with a beautiful view of Lake Bemidji. Outdoor grills supplied, wood for firepit and a great dock for sunsets! Will definitely come back.

Gorgeous location!

Perfect for a family stay with wide open outdoor spaces, fully stocked kitchen, nice decor, plenty of outdoor seating with grill and fire pit, and stunning sunset views over Lake Bemidji. My only complaint is communication was lacking. I reached out twice with questions and didn’t receive responses; when I reached out a second time on both questions, host then responded. Overall, wonderful option for lodging- beautiful trail right nearby!

Beautiful property

We had an excellent time- I rented 3 of the condos (there are 4 in the building). The property was beautiful & clean- each condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We stayed in March but I would love to stay there in the summer.

Amazing!

This is such a beautiful and peaceful getaway! The spaces are simply decorated and felt so calm and intentional. The location was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were quick to communicate everything we needed. We really enjoyed the bike trail at the front of the driveway and biked both to Bemidji State Park and to downtown. We enjoyed dinner at Bar 209 as suggested by the hosts and we were not disappointed. Perfect family getaway - we will definitely go again!

Gorgeous Lake View!

Upstairs condo with deck overlooking Lake Bemidji. Condo was well stocked, bed was comfy and neighborhood was fairly quiet with only a bit of road traffic noise. Heard loons calling on the lake. I didn't have time to kayak but it looked like a great location to do so. Loved that there was an electric kettle for making tea! Everything was clean and the property was well maintained. Fantastic location!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Some of our favorite aspects about this property is that adventure and relaxation are so accessible. You can walk out your front door onto the deck and look out over the lake while grilling a meal, walk down to the shoreline and throw a fishing line in, hop on your boat and cruise around the lake, or walk to the front of the property and explore the Paul Bunyan trail! This beautiful trail will take you up to the state park on the north end of the lake or into Bemidji if you go south. You can bike or even snowmobile on this trail in the winter time! The property is also very large at over 2 acres so there's plenty of room for family activities in the massive yard space. We love that each of the 4 condos have amazing views of the lake. It's also very night to only be a 10 minute drive from downtown Bemidji where you'll find great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and other attractions including the historic statue of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox!
