Our family-friendly waterfront home is a slice of Florida paradise, just a five-minute paddle to the crystal-clear, 72-degree waters of Weeki Wachee.

We love this place because it’s the best of both worlds—relaxing when you want it to be, and full of outdoor fun when you’re ready for it. Whether you’re here to kayak with MANATEES, fish off the dock, or just soak up the sunshine, this place is designed for making real memories with family and friends.

We’ve set this place up to feel like home, but better.

- **Master Bedroom**: King bed (because everyone deserves a good night’s sleep).

- **Guest Room**: Queen bed + 2 convertible chairs that become a queen or two singles.

- **Living Room**: Cozy and open, perfect for movie nights or game time.

- **Fully Stocked Kitchen**: Everything you need to cook up a feast (minus the groceries).

- **Washer/Dryer**: Because no one wants to take home wet swimsuits.

Pet-Friendly (With a Few Rules)

We totally get it—pets are family. That’s why we allow one small dog (under 20lbs) with a **non-refundable $200 pet fee**. (Sorry, no cats!) If you have a special case, just reach out—we’re happy to chat.

A Few Things to Know

- **This is our family’s home away from home.** We ask that guests **treat it with the same love and care** we do.

- **We have 3 outdoor security cameras** in **public-facing areas only** (driveway and yard). This is just to keep trespassers away and ensure a safe stay.

- **Grills are available (gas & charcoal)**, but guests will need to provide their own propane/charcoal.
