We had a wonderful vacation. The home is super cozy & clean and located on a perfect private area to just kick back and relax in the back by the water. We spent most of our time on the nicely shaded back deck watching the water and feeling the breeze. We enjoyed watching manatees, turtles, and fish playing in the water. Bird and butterfly watching was amazing as well. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for a relaxing stay.

I can not say enough about our host. She answered every question and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the upmost. The home was clean and easy to access. It sits right on the water. The first day we had manatees feeding by the dock.So much to do in the area. We highly recommend this home and we will return in the future.

Great fun for the whole family right from the property! The kids had a blast swimming off the dock, kayaking with manatees and fishing. Location is convenient to get to local restaurants and Hernando Beach if you want to go offshore. Great time all around!

We only wish we could have stayed longer. The house was so well-furnished and decorated and it was the perfect spot for a few nights over our kiddos’ Spring Break for a last minute trip.

This property was great! It has all the things you need for a great Florida springs vacation. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and any minor issues were quickly addressed. Loved the outdoor space and having kayaks available. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. The beds were so comfortable. Needs some minor updates but nothing that affected our stay. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay for our family of six. Precious house with everything you need. The outside dock and swim area is very nice! We saw several Manatees! We enjoyed the time playing on the river and kayaking from Weeki Wachee back to the house! Not having to rent kayaks was a nice perk! Such a cute place! We loved our stay on the river and felt right at home. We loved that we could paddle just a little ways up the river and be away from all housing as well.

We liked our stay out here. The backyard space was amazing and we spent most of our time out there watching the water. We even got to see two dolphins during our stay.
