Our host was great easy to chat with enjoyed our stay very much . The overall house could have been a little cleaner the TV’s weren’t hooked up to the net work said someone would come over but they never came . Would recommend this place easy access and location to things kids loved the water park had a great time

Pool and hot tub were wonderful. House was conveniently close to the clubhouse. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay. Kitchen pots and pans could use some updating. Overall an excellent stay.

Wonderful Vacation Home!!

Stayed for a week long trip with family! The house was exactly what we were looking for. The private feel at the house with a pool the kids had to them selves, but also the close proximity to the clubhouse with so many amenities and things to keep us busy! Will definitely stay again!

Nice Place

This House has a lot of room and in a very nice neighborhood. There are a couple small improvements that could be made that would make things better but we will definitely be returning again!!

Big place

The place was very nice. The kitchen pans were not very good for cooking. (They were in terrible shape.) We did bring our own. We were thinking about a family reunion because of all the bedrooms and bathrooms. It would be a perfect place.

This property was amazing. There were a few small broken things but nothing the affected our stay. I always read reviews before booking so I like to give info on things I would have liked to have known. There is only one bedroom ( I think) with a ceiling fan so pack accordingly. The two washers are in the laundry room but the two dryers are out in the garage. I luckily had a laundry basket but without one that would have been hard to move the wet clothes. In the pictures the kitchen refrigerator showed an ice/water in the door, this is not the case. It does have an ice maker in the freezer section. There is a road directly behind the pool. It is actually very quiet though. We were there for about 2 weeks right before Memorial Day and the entire community was very quiet and peaceful. The Saturday before Memorial Day that all changed. There were cars parked on every street on the sides of the street. It got crazy busy. The clubhouse is nice. Bring your own tubes for the lazy river or buy at Walmart as the ones at the clubhouse are 10 a piece and no pumps to blow them up. We had 8 people in the house and had plenty of room and plenty of dishes. Could have used a few pots in better shape but def plenty of dishes and utensils. It was less than a five minute walk to the clubhouse area! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house, needs some work already

Upon arrival we took pictures of each room, to prove the carpet stains were there before we moved in. We ended up unplugging one of the microwaves because it kept displaying error messages. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils.need to be replaced. The two dryers were In the garage but renters trying to move them to make room for another car have ruined the vents to the outside, so lint had to be swept up daily. The poolside propane grill was not up to the standards of the rest of the home's features! But these were small nuisances. The rental agent responded quickly when called about maintenance issues. The house pool was well maintained but the house itself could use a good spring cleaning. The development's common areas (pool, playground, lazy river, etc) were terrific.The house itself was the perfect size for our entire family (grandparents, three adult children and spouses, and five grandchildren ages 10 to 1)!! Great bedrooms up and down with very nice features like walk in closets, twin sinks, TV's everywhere, and large tables inside and poolside where the entire family could gather for meals. Good location for accessing the parks and attractions.

Family Reunion

This is a review for our stay in August 2019 Pros: Front lawn was neatly manicured. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone in our party. The pool and patio area was clean. Both sofa sectionals upstairs and downstairs was clean and comfortable. Cons: Ceiling fan in the downstairs living room does not work. When we opened the remote to see if it was a battery issue, the battery was warped (not sure how long it has been like that) Carpet in the master bedroom downstairs was filthy and soiled especially at the entrance to the bedroom (shampooing the carpet can be an easy fix) Walls throughout the house especially going up the stairs were dirty. Carpet runner was also dirty. One of the barstools leg rest was broken (which was also mentioned in a previous post) not sure if it was the same barstool. I immediately emailed the owner and he showed up the next day unannounced to fix it. I also informed him of the filthy grill to which he returned another day to clean it but did not let us know that he came by to clean it. In the twin bedroom, the headboard was loose, the icemaker still broken (also was mentioned in a previous post) Brown towels? I’ve stayed at plenty of airbnb and homeaway and I’ve never had to wash my towels before I check out and I’ve never had towels other than white ( not sure if these are Florida standards).  Furthermore, the owner is entrusting that the current tenant to “wash” the towels prior to checking out. Everyone’s cleaning habits are different and who’s to say they used detergent and/or just placed used towels in the dryer (which we found when we checked in on Sunday)

Very nice place for sure with lots of space. I think it could use some mentenace. It needs some paint and repairs in some areas. I think the tv in the living room could be replaced as the screen looks kind of patchy.The house was clean, but not that clean. There seems to be a small infestation of roaches and ants. I contacted the host and a exterminator was sent. The only sprayed the outside of the home. That helped, but there were still ants and baby roaches.Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay there. I may stay there again in the future.

Family vacation

The house was big! Beds were comfortable. Pool was warm. Great location! Minutes away from Disney and Walmart. Had 2 washer and dryers. Owner is very responsive. Great place to stay for a family vacation!

Nice property - questionable amenities

First let me say this was our first time using VRBO. The property itself is very nice, clean and all the beds were all very comfortable. The 12 cup coffee pot did not work, however there was a 4 cup coffee pot to use, but with 10 adults drinking coffee that was a big pain. When we contacted the property owner, he said to go and buy one at walmart and he would reimburse me. Why should we buy a coffee maker, for someone we don't know? The first morning we were there, we noticed cockroaches. We immediately contacted the property manager, and they said they would take care of it. However, no exterminator ever came during our stay. They did however come and fix the wifi which was also down. We paid extra for heating the pool & hot tub, and for the grill. However, the heater for the pool & hot tub was not working. And the grill burners were not functioning properly (not sure when the last time it was cleaned properly), even after we paid to fill the propane tank. One of the conditions to use the grill was cleaning it after we used it, however there were no grill cleaning brushes to use to do this. Not sure how we were supposed to clean it. There are two washers and dryers, which is nice with the number of people we had staying. however, one of the washing machines was not working properly, so we were down to one. And the night before we left, we were shocked to receive an email asking us to strip all the bedding and wash it before we left. Very hard to put all the bedding in one washing machine given the number of beds we used (all of them)! After our visit, we contacted the "owner" and asked for a refund for the extra we paid for heating the pool/hot tub and the grill. He responded that he would make sure all the items for which we contacted him were taken care of. But, he would not give us a refund. He said the best he could do was comp us a free night the next time we were in Orlando and rented from him. We told him, based on our experience, we would not be renting from him again. We're not sure how many properties this individual is "renting", but it is very apparent he has not actually visited the property in a long time, if at all. There are several items which need repair, which we did inform him about, but didn't affect our stay. We didn't expect hotel amenities, since this was a rental, but we did expect to be able to use everything we paid for. This was not the case.

Confused

I have sent a personal message to the property owner and will not make any of the comments public. I think he needs to address some things to make his property more appealing and pleasant for his clients. I would wonder, though, why this property uses an exterior picture of the house next door?
