Welcome to Namastay, a cozy 1950s Wheat Ridge bungalow just minutes from Clear Creek and Denver. This warm and family-friendly home is designed for comfort, connection, and a touch of nature â perfect for relaxing after Colorado adventures.

If the cozy 3-bedrooms, original hardwood floors, large picture windows, unique all-weather breezeway, and family-sized kitchen werenât enough... let us take you to the back garden. Here we invite you enjoy the tranquility of a restorative, solo night under the stars, cozied-up around the firepit with an evening aperitif, or delight in a family cook-out while the kids play games in the large, grassy garden.
Located in historic Wheat Ridge, the bungalow is a 5-minute drive into Olde Town Arvada, hop the RTD G-Line to downtown Denver, easily dip down to the fabulous 38th Avenue Social Corridor, or head to the Iconic Lakewood Amusement Park (if you dare). The neighborhood vibe is peaceful, allowing for long walks and easy access to the Clear Creek Trail. All surrounded by suburban conveniences without the sinking feeling of cookie-cutter suburbia.
