What a nice stay

The townhouse was easy to access and very clean. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. The rooms were bright and sunny and the patio was great for morning coffee. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay in Fort Collins

Great proximity to Old Town, Poudre River, and CSU. We stayed at this property for several weeks and we were very satisfied with the property and had very good communication with the owner. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Drums Along. The Rockies in a Chill Pad

This is one of the top 3 VRBO rentals I’ve stayed at. Nicely equipped with quality linens and towels. Kitchen well stocked. Good location. If I’m back next year, I’ll definitely have this on my list of places to stay.

It was a nice quite home base for our trip to surrounding events and parks. It is a short drive to several attractions stores and restaurants. Would recommend this property for your next stay in the Wyoming Colorado area.

Amazing!

We were in town for the Sparkler softball tournament. The townhouse was even better than the pictures! So clean and comfortable. Loved having a garage and patio. I would highly recommend! Hope to stay here again next year!

Perfect remote-working stay

My best friend and I decided to head to the mountains to work in Fort Collins since we both have remote jobs! The location was the perfect distance from Old Town without it being crowded with college kids. We were able to bike to a lot of the activities in the town! The property was clean and the owner was accessible by VRBO messages easily! We stayed for one month and this place was the perfect home during our trip!

Adorable and roomy.

This condo is fantastic. The layout for the KIT/FR/SNACK BAR is wonderful! The 2 BR upstairs both have ensuites and nice walk in closets and nice dressers for longer stays. There’s a 1/2 bath on the garage level and another 1/2 bath on the living area. There are beautiful hardwood floors and stylish tile I. The KIT and BR’s. There are 16 steps from the garage to the KIT/LR and 16 steps to the BR’s. It’s just over 1.5 mile walk to the Old Town Square area

My mom, 2 teenage boys, & I stayed here while attending Cheyenne Rodeo. Ft. Collins had many great restaurants with good service & EXCELLENT food. The condo was clean & we had plenty of space to spread out. We woukd definitely stay here again!!

Nice and bright home

This is a great place to stay when visiting Ft. Collins. Plenty of space for 3 adults and roomy kitchen. We had an issue when we checked in, but the owner was quick to respond and got it sorted. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay while playing softball

We booked here while our daughter was playing in the Colorado Sparkler Tournament. The location was great. This townhouse was adorable. The pictures do not do it justice. It is in a very nice neighborhood. We booked it with family. The only things that I wished it would have had was a small table for kids to be able to eat since the barstools were too high. And maybe more curtains since several windows didn't have them. We like to sleep in lol. Otherwise a great stay. I would definitely book here again.

Fort Collins Stay

This property was just as was posted. Being a townhouse it does have stairs to climb. There are bathroom on all three floors though. Bedrooms are nice sized. The townhouse is in a nice area of town. Easy to get in and out. Would stay here again.
