Notre maison est une Foursquare 1902 Prairie avec beaucoup de charme ancien. Nous sommes situĂ©s au cƓur de la vieille ville de Fort Collins, Ă  proximitĂ© de CSU et Ă  trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons du centre-ville. Nous sommes Ă  distance de marche de plusieurs des meilleurs Microbreweries du Colorado. L'appartement dispose d'une entrĂ©e privĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e, et de grandes fenĂȘtres de 4 '' dans toutes les piĂšces. LumiĂšre et joyeuse avec une atmosphĂšre chaleureuse est un euphĂ©misme. Nous sommes impatients de rencontrer des gens de nombreux endroits et horizons

Fort Collins paradise

Carol and Fred’s place was just wonderful. The place had everything we needed and more!It was so easy to get around the area. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.If we come back to Fort Collins this is the place we would stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Quiet get away

This a perfect place to stay if you are interested in exploring Old Town and Downtown Fort Collins, all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and quiet. Our party had three adults and the two bedrooms suited us well.If you have or had any interest in woodworking, you need to check this place out. The finish work is a labor of love.

Cozy, feels like home

This is sick a beautiful property inside and out. With beautiful wood work inside and a super cozy, homey feel, you don’t feel like you’re in a rental property. There is every thing you could need to make a meal and more in the kitchen when it comes to utensils and spices and basic needs. The back patio and gardens are gorgeous and peace full and a great place to relax. As for location this is the best location you could imagine in Dr. Collins. So easy to walk everywhere with so many opens for amazing food and drinks you will never get bored! And the property owners are super kind and helpful. I look forward to visiting this property again any time I’m visiting ft. Collins! .

Phenomenal Fort Collins stay

The hosts we very welcoming and the pictures do not do the property justice
 very well maintained sanctuary in Old Town. Walking distance to many area restaurants and attractions. Nice private entrance and the accommodations had everything you need for your stay. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Absolutely Delightful Accommodations!

Staying at Carol and Fred’s was a dream! The apartment was incredibly stocked with plenty of linens and an amazing amount of kitchen appliances and cookware and dishes. The cleanliness of the apartment was evident and very welcome. Their gorgeous back yard full of flowers and seating was a perfect place to relax over dinner or a cup of coffee. The place is just a few blocks from Old Town and we walked down there several times a day. Rocky Mountain National Park was about 1.25 hours away. Fred and Carol are delightful and attentive. This vacation home and location made our week one of our favorite vacations! Thank you for having such a lovely place for visitors to stay. Can’t wait to return!

Just as nice as the first time

Beautiful place.

Fred and Carol have a beautiful place, central to all that Old Town Ft Collins has to offer. It was a place of respite for our family visit complete with everything we could have needed. We were comfortable and felt well taken care of.

Cozy and a great location

Magnolia house

This location was absolutely beautiful. It's a perfect place to stay in the summer because the backyard is spectacular! The house is quite lovely, and the downstairs level is perfect. It has a good-sized kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and dining area. It was very comfortable and charming. Even though there was no air conditioning, it was quite comfortable. I would love to stay there again!

Beautiful home!

Great Location
