A nice home base for the weekend as we traveled to a spartan race. It was clean and cozy. I loved that it was within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants!

Great stay

We had a great time overall. The property was great. Only problem was the bedrooms got VERY hot, so we didn't sleep particularly well...that was due to temperature though. We would choose this spot again.

Monroe stay

We needed a place between family and our play destinations. The apartment was clean, well stocked and was comfortable. There are nearby trains the run and blow their horns, but it wasn’t for long or too bad. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property

This was a great place for families. Be aware that there are stairs if that's an issue (wasn't for our group), and the 2 chairs that fold out to beds are in the main room by the TV. Perfect for our teens boys, but may not be for others. Very clean property, loved the Keurig (just like ours at home), no issues with parking, as it has a separate parking area. Overall, great place.

Central location to downtown, good shopping, great host.

Truly everything was perfect. One interesting and disturbing feature was our neighbor. 3 times during the first night and 3 times during the second evening a male voice violently yelled obsenities. It definitely scared us.

Perfect stay for a long weekend

Modern, clean apartment that is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. It was perfect for our group for a soccer tournament in nearby Snohomish. The couch/bed options for kids was perfect. The laundry in the unit was a major bonus with the need to wash jerseys. The appliances were perfect. My only wish is that there were more mirror options since it’s just a 1 bathroom unit (just for getting ready when someone is in the bathroom). The A/C was perfect for the hot days. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location, modern and well taken care of.

We rented 203 and 204 for a wedding weekend. The location is perfect. Close to the main highway, and only a block off main street. We were able to walk to dinner and coffee. The wedding was in Sultan so only 15 minutes from the festivities. Perfect size apartments, appreciated coffee makers, and all the small amenities we needed. Happy each apartment had a portable AC. The host Emmanuel was great, communicated and accommodating with all our needs. Clean and safe property, would recommend 1000%. One disclosure, we were on second floor and if stairs are a concern look at his first floor apartments. We did not have an issue but it could be if you have any issues with stairs.
