Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the bay and walk to a sunset serenade every night in the beautifully decorated Villa. This 3 level Villa has 2 large bedrooms on the top level with a full bath. The main bedroom has a king bed and a screened in lanai with beautiful sunrise views over the bay. The second bedroom is spacious and has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have smart TV's and cable. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining, table, half bath and family room with large TV. A great place to unwind and relax after a full day with with beautiful bay views from main level screened in lanai. The Villa is also fully equipped with Wifi. The entry level to the Villa is a bonus living space with a queen size sofa bed, desk, TV, and full bath. This area is a great space to use as an office, 3rd bedroom, or extra TV area. A washer and dryer are also available on this level. The pool is just a couple steps out the door. The courtyard is also equipped with a large gas grill for those nights you just feel like staying. Vanderbilt Beach is a premier location in Naples. Cross the street to a public access and enjoy a quiet location of Vanderbilt beach. We are a short walk to the famous Ritz Carlton, LaPlaya Beach Resort, and Turtle Club. Here you can enjoy dinners on the beach while toasting the beautiful sunsets without having to drive anywhere. The Villa is close to other dining destinations., grocery stores, entertainment venues, and outdoor activities. Bikes are available. Whether you choose to venture out or just stay in, our 1600 square foot Villa is the perfect location for you and your vacation desires.

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We come to Naples every year and will be staying here again. The owners were great making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. See you next year.

Awesome!

The Langley villa is awesome! It's obvious a lot of thought was put into the layout and decorating. Very comfortable! It's a special enclave of only 6 units with a wonderful outdoor area and pool. Views are wonderful. Met some great neighbors too. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave. We hope to be back!

Escape from winter

The condo is beautiful. Amazing bay views. The location is perfect. Top rated beach across the street. Close to shopping and top notch dinning. Communication with Melissa was straightforward and easy. Everything you need is in the condo right down to the beach chairs. We really enjoyed our two week stay and plan to stay at Melissa’s condo in the future. Dan L.

Condo near Vanderbilt Beach

We had a very enjoyable time at this VRBO. The condo is very nicely decorated, with a nice kitchen that has all the utensils and dish and bakeware you could possibly use. The bedrooms and bathrooms are just the right size. There are 2 flights of stairs that we were able to manage fairly well, but someone with mobility issues might have some problems. It was great to have the washer and dryer available to use. We loved the pool and the nearby beach. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Birthday Trip

Location is a water lovers dream! Out the living room patio and master are views of the intercostal. Across the street is the beach! So close it’s easy to walk back and forth so no need to even pack a cooler! Great beach chairs, towels, linens for beds, beautiful decor throughout the home! Owners were great to work with, neighbors were very inviting! Small community complex with shared pool. Pool is not in the sun very much but you have the flexibility to turn the heat up! Great outdoor seating with shared grill. Everything was very nice. Short drive to Mercado, grocery, and golf courses! We really enjoyed our stay here with another couple and a friend that joined us for a few days. Plenty of space to spread out!

Lovely home by a beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The house is exactly as photographed. The beds were really comfy as was all the bedding and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. We even had access to beach chairs and umbrellas. We really loved our stay. It’s a perfect spot for families as there were a lot of young kids by the pool. However, if you like to get to bed very early and are sensitive to noise, then just be aware that the master bedroom is right on top of the pool and noise does carry. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.
