Les régates à Vanderbilt Beach est une communauté fermée deux pâtés de maisons de la plage. Il est très l'enfant et à la famille. Notre condo a toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris la cuisine du chef, des jouets pour la plage et la piscine, une buanderie dans l'unité et tous les draps (y compris les serviettes de plage). Des tonnes d'excellentes nouvelles mises à jour! Smart TV dans chaque chambre.

La véranda projeté a une vue sur le golfe de superbes couchers de soleil. Profitez d'un cocktail pendant que vous prenez dans le coucher de soleil!

Avec plus de 1630 pieds carrés d'espace, trois chambres et deux salles de bains immenses, il ya assez de place pour toute la famille.

Nice condo with a great location!

We loved the location of this condo. It was an easy walk to the beach, great area for a morning walk, close to many great restaurants. Check in and out was easy, condo was a good size for 4 of us plus a toddler. Beds were comfortable and there’s a nice outdoor sitting area.

Ideal stay

This was the perfect property for our month long stay in Naples. The condo was well equipped, clean, and spacious…and the proximity to the best Naples has to offer was a huge bonus. Great stay at the Regatta

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was very clean and the apartment has everything we needed for a week of relaxation. We love the Regatta for the great pool, easy walk to the beach and comfortable units. We could even watch the sunset from the screened porch. Property owner was also very responsive.

Great Property Close to Beach

First, Anne the property owner is a great communicator. She kept me in the know on surrounding property construction , without over -communicating. The property is exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool and about an 8 minute walk to the beach.

Regatta Never Disappoints

Both our condo and the Regatta were excellent. We have been enjoying the Regatta for now five years and have had nothing but a 5-Star experience. Our unit was well equipped w/ everything needed, the view was great, and the communication w/ the owner (Anne) over the booking and checking in process was easy. Now the Turtle Club just has to open back up and all will be right with the world!

Loved the location and unit. Struggled to understand how to operate tvs with the different remotes but we eventually figured it out and tv was not our main focus. Pool was great. Walking distance to beach. Very spacious unit and roomy screened in porch.

The unit location and communication with owner were wonderful - HOWEVER - this unit has A LOT of deferred maintenance and is in desperate need of a deep, deep clean and some upgrades, large and small. We’ve been coming to Regatta for many years, this stay was slightly disappointing in terms of the quality and overall cleanliness of the unit.

Perfect location - Spacious condo in sunny south Florida

I recommend staying in this spacious condo. Nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lanai overlooks main pool which is resort quality with plenty of pool chairs - a nice surprise. (A second pool is available but we didn’t use). Short walk to public beach. We used our own beach chairs. Having cable and Netflix was an added plus. Condo location is close enough to 5th and 3rd Avenues. Very close to Mercato, Publix, Trader Joe’s, and Fresh Market. Definitely would stay again.

Great for family stay.

Perfect location. Great warm pool, grandkids LOVED it. Short walk to a very nice beach. Lots of beach equipment provided with unit. Unit roomy, clean, quiet and well equipped, nice layout for 3 generation family group of 5. Sunset view of gulf in Feb. from our lanai. AC, appliances -all in good shape. Plenty of linens, lots of closet space. Complex is well landscaped, clean and lots of maintenance staff busy fixing the last of the cosmetic damage from hurricane Ian. Gated community, so good privacy. Owner Anne was very responsive when on-site facility manager flubbed our security codes for check-in.

Everything we needed for a short stay in Naples.

The unit is very centrally located to many of the most popular Naples attractions/destinations including the airport, downtown Naples, shopping, dining, etc. Only 2 blocks from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook, launder and relax when we were inside. All TVs were in good working condition. Plenty of convenient parking outside and a spot under the building. The pool was nice and fairly warm. Hot tub nice and hot. Exercise room had weights, no cardio but your in Naples...you can get that outdoors! The interior of the condo is a bit dated but everything is in good working condition. This was a last minute trip so we were very pleased to find a 3BR unit in this location. Owner communication was also very good.

Excellent property and location

We have owned this condo since 2004 and try to visit Naples 4 or 5 times a year. Our son, Charlie, who is now 18 and has been coming here his entire life, loves the condo, the pool and the beach! The Regatta is such a great place for families. :)
