Delightful Stay

Wonderful condo in a beautiful area of myrtle beach. Condo was clean, with all the things you would need for a great stay. Unfortunately the hot tub was out-of-order, but that didn't take away from our stay at Lands End. Thanks for a great trip.

Lovely place for a getaway!

This is a wonderful property in the Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach. The unit is comfortable and has all the amenities of home. The weather was not great for outside activities, so we really appreciated the large TV with plenty of channels to choose from. The property host, Elyse, was fantastic to work with prior to check in and even during our stay. We look forward to coming back another time.

Hello Kelly, We are a 5 star business and take a review like this seriously, unfortunately you never stayed at our wonderful MDV and cancelled the day prior to your stay asking for a refund, but, understood you were out of your time frame to receive the refund. Then once we agreed our policy is the policy and no refund would be given because you were out of the timeframe, you then became very angered with us regarding our policy. We were saddened to see your cancellation a day prior to your visit, and we apologize that we could not provide a refund as you were out of the cancellation policy time frame. We communicated efficiently and effectively regarding this incident with you Kelly, it was not the outcome you wanted. This review is false. We hope after your family gets over the illnesses they are experiencing you could come visit our place. Thank you.

Very nice. We've stayed at the Travel Park for quite a few years so we are very familiar with this area and this building because friends stayed here. Plumbing in bathroom needs attention. Sink and tub do not drain well. D. Grant

Thank you for your wonderful review. We try to work diligently on any maintenance needs and try to keep up with clogs between bookings. Unfortunately when we have hundreds of guests a year, hair and such gets down the drains and after awhile the main pipes start to drain slow. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and any repairs needed will be worked on shortly. We look forward to seeing you again! MDV

Disappointing stay

Unit was beautiful however host was not straightforward with us. Building was under renovation thus very noisy from 8am to 5pm weekdays. This was never mentioned by the host prior to our stay although she knew this since it had been going on since August and she said she stayed there the prior week. Very deceptive!!! Host also maintained control of thermostat remotely. To change temp. We had to text/call her and request change. She claimed it could not be programmed to auto change which is unbelievable since it was a new Honeywell thermostat that she could control over the Internet. Also discovered that Atlantic Resort Group rents units in this facility at more reasonable rates and they have clear notice on their website that building is under renovation. Would never stay in a unit managed by this host again.

We are saddened you were dissatisfied. There was a mass message sent to all of our reservations regarding any construction being done to keep everyone safe. We went above and beyond to provide service to you as you had requested. Also comparing us to a long standing company that does not provide the same customer service and services is absolutely malicious. This review is to review our property and not put false information. Hotel accommodations will be better for future visits.

Hidden gem!

The host was friendly and always responsive. This property is tucked back in a quiet, more secluded area, but is still close enough to everything. The fact that it is gated made us feel at ease and everyone was very friendly. Each day I saw maintenance sweeping, trimming a tree, cleaning the pool, etc. We decided to bring our dog on this trip with us & had a tough time finding a place that was perfect for all of us & even after booking this one, I was still a little worried that we would get there & it wouldn't be as pet friendly as it looked, but it ended up being more pet friendly than we could have ever hoped for. There were designated pet areas with everything we needed. The hallways were open with finished concrete floors and there was a mat in the elevator. If our dog hadn't been able to make it down from the 5th floor without having an accident, it would have been easy to clean up. The host had really focused on the details in the unit to make us all feel comfortable. Theie was a cute mat for his food & water, special towels, dog blankets, extra bags, etc. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed & the view was incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves & enjoying the view. The beach was clean and not crowded. We hope to stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!

Million dollar view is an understatement. This place was absolutely gorgeous. A short walk to a very nice area of the beach. Not too busy at all. Close enough to everything else as well. Parking was fantastic. Spaces inside the garage are a little awkward, but outside was just as easy to use. We totally plan on looking into this place first for any trips back to North Myrtle from here on out!

This property gives a cozy feel as soon as you walk in, you can find that the view of the ocean sparkles from the front and back of the property. The beach area with a short private walkway is secluded and very peaceful with a preserve to your right. Overall, this property is set up to have a wonderful beach vacation whatever you may enjoy, beach, pool, tennis you can have it all!
