Unit 408 has incredible views and is a true 1bedroom condo with extra space to spread out! Explore Myrtle Beach from this amazing, gorgeous oceanfront condo. The Patricia Grand Resort gives you the perfect location to visit local attractions, or stay put and enjoy the Resort amenities. Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.

The host was awesome! The condo was very nice clean. The views are awesome even though it was cold. Having the curtains open and just looking out to the ocean was magical.

This unit was great. The balcony offered a perfect view of the beach and felt very private. The condo itself was super cute and the perfect amount of space. We had a relaxing week of sand and sun. The Patricia Grand is our place at the beach, and this unit in particular is our new fav.

This is our 3rd stay at this unit and we enjoyed ourselves as always. This unit has the full on ocean view with bar height stools on the balcony so no obstructed view of the sunrise. There are always plenty of towels and extra blankets, pillow etc. the location is right outside the elevators with the washer & dryer and vending right outside the door.

Great communication with host! He responded promptly to all questions. Property was close to Top Golf, Rioz, Broadway at the Beach, Walmart. Donalds Pancakes was worth checking out! We enjoyed the hot tubs and indoor pools in the winter. Master bed was comfy! There was a nice space on the north end to walk the dog. 4th floor was convenient. Elevators were fast. Washer/dryer was close to the room. We enjoyed breakfast at Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the property. There was a family friendly New Years party there also. Very happy with stay! Couldnt have asked for more. Great value for the price!
Our pup enjoyed the balcony as much as we did! Pub-height balcony furniture was a plus!

Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the amenities at the resort. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long vacation. We had some issues with the door lock, but Tom was very quick to respond and even came to look at it within 30 minutes of my initial message. Overall great condo and would stay here again for sure.
