This was our 3rd or 4th stay here. We love the location, comfortable bed and option to eat at the restaurant without having to leave the property. We also enjoy having our dog with us and the convenience of dog park next door.

This was our second time staying here in the past couple months and we will continue to use this unit as it’s very clean, very well stocked with anything you could need and one of the few places that is large dog friendly. No complaints!!!

Great view! Very clean! So cute! Convenient location to everything. Had an issue with the water pressure in the shower. I communicated with the owner and they sent someone that same day and they were back the next day to repair the issue. Will definitely want to return.

Blended Family Reunion

A GREAT week sharing with family, who traveled from MA, VA, TN, CA, two families stayed in Patricia Grand, the other families lodged in two different resorts but abutted Patricia Grand, all within short steps of each other. We dined together, lots of PuttPutt, bumper-race cars for teens AND adults, golf, lots of ice cream! Sad as it was to leave, we all were thankful for the time together and weather as hot as it was was perfect the whole week.

Yearly Vacation

My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 9 years, this was our first time staying at Patricia Grand. Our usual hotel doesn’t allow dogs and we brought our dog this year. The hotel was nice, the unit/room was very nice and had just been newly renovated so that was a nice surprise to us. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The host themselves are very nice. The overall resort could do better on keeping people from not smoking pot on the premises.

Perfect getaway

Very easy to get to beach . Very accommodating to all the dog owners staying there. The view is wonderful with the updated modern glass windows and doors. Great for a couple of nights for sure.

Only comfortable for two adults

Our kiddos are super low maintenance and they still struggled on the pull out the mattress needs replacing it’s like laying right on the bars. The facilities are pretty dirty especially the pool and hot tubs of the hotel lots of mold and dirt

Great Stay

Everything about this stay was perfect. This location has easy access to the major attractions in Myrtle Beach. Hotel was clean for what we saw (we didn’t wonder around much, just went back and forth from the beach to the room). The room was very clean and is actually more updated than what the pictures show in the listing. The biggest difference is the floors have been updated to tile. I know that’s not major, but it seems more clean and old carpet. My wife and I would definitely recommend this room to anyone with a dog.

Outside sidewalk full of dog poop people not cleaning up after their animals, same on the sand on the beach. The outlets room plugs didn’t seem to seem to stay in them and we couldn’t seem to get the light switches working. Outside of that our stay was great

Labor Day weekend 2024

The room was great. I loved the seperate bedroom living room. Comfortable bed. Well stocked. If you drink a lot of coffee you may way want to bring a larger pot. Close to everything. We brought our dog, a great dog park right next to hotel. Enjoyed the tiki bar, the beach and pool. Will book again!
