Family vacation

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was great. The pool was clean and not crowded even though most if not all condos were occupied. We had a small issue with the smoke detectors placement. Every time we cooked or opened the oven it would set it off. It became a “dinner alarm” for the kids though and we all laughed about it. The kitchen needs a few small items like a can opener, scissors, and a few more coffee cups (only one provided). Overall would stay again and would definitely recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay! This condo was very beautiful and clean! Wi-Fi works very good and very strong! Absolutely love how it is in the middle of pier park but also very close to 98 (main road). Pool was very clean. This condo gets 5 stars! I’d stay here again! 😊

Issues with property

First off the towels are hard as a rock. If only dryer sheets were used on them. Hot water don’t last more then one shower so if you have a whole family it will take 3 hours for everyone to get showered. In between each you must wait 30 mins before next shower. Only one fork was in property. Had to go buy a baking sheet, pot, tea pitcher and bowls. Had to hook up living room tv and cable all was disconnected. All batteries in remotes and thermostat were dead had to go buy them. Downstairs bedroom was freezing and upstairs was scorching hot. Couldn’t hardly sleep in upstairs bedroom due to being so hot. Kids had hard time sleeping in the front room due to it being cold. Washer bowl is so small and the dryer takes forever to dry. The dryer lint catcher was clogged due to failure not cleaning out the lint in the dryer. As well it shorted out once during the night and fought for 45 mins to get it to start back drying. Light fixture in upstairs mirror and sink area does not work bulbs are the wrong ones and they don’t stay in to make connection for light. Fire alarm went off every time you cooked something in the oven. Every time you opened the door. **Side note at 8:15 a.m on checkout day the cleaning woman comes to door and knocks and knocks and continues to knock. When get to door she is wanting to clean. Mind you our checkout time is 10:00 a.m. then when loading our cars to checkout they are sitting in front of the building. Talk about uncomfortable when you have children.

Clean but needs improvement

Overall, the condo was clean, had great proximity to the beach, and was in a quiet area. However, on our first night, we waited outside for an hour because the code to enter the condo was incorrect. There was no working Wi-Fi or tv that worked. We had to buy plastic forks because there were only 3 forks in the condo. The king size bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and if you’re shorter than 5’2”, you’re not going to be able to use the shower because the shower head is so low. After calling VACASA at least 3 times (the water was also turned off while we were there, and we could not use the shower or flush the toilets), they did issue us a partial refund, which was nice, and the only reason I’m giving three stars instead of two.
